Inhaling a breath, my fingers tap impatiently against the table, as my stare stays locked on the door.
When Zayn was calm enough yesterday and decided to sit down to talk, he made sure to promise me that he would never do any sorts of 'cheating' whether he was with me or not, because after all, his brother did that to him, and he wouldn't be happy with himself if he did that to me.
Zayn let me talk to Lily, which is why I'm sat in a booth in the local diner, waiting for her to show up. I sent her an e-mail, asking her to meet me here. I didn't want to ask Louis for her number, so he wouldn't start questioning me why I want it.
If Zayn were the one to talk to Lily, he'd definitely end up in jail. He did say he would actually kill the girl. That's not how we deal with these types of things.
God, I'm so stupid. How did I think that Zayn was having sex with Lily?! Now that I think about it, I know I was too stupid to actually believe it. He only met her like twice, why would he invite her over? I'm glad we know the truth now, and everything's back to how it was.
I blink when the door of the diner gets pushed open, my stomach churning in knots, immediate anger boiling at the sight of her.
I have to keep my cool, or else her fake hair would be gone.
I throw my hair over my shoulder, watching her head moving left and right ; looking for me. She's wearing sunglasses, so I can't see her eyes. She finally stops when she spots me in the back, slowly making her way over to me.
Lily's wearing denim jeans with a red flannel on top, her hair's in a high ponytail. My eyes go upwards again, scanning her face.
When she reaches my table, she pulls off the shades, huffing.
"Why is it so hot today," She mumbles.
"You wanted to see me?" Lily asks the second she sat down across from me.
I stay silent for a couple minutes, looking at her with narrowed eyes.
"Are you going to cut to the chase or what?" She asks, flipping through the menu. Lily then murmurs, "This place has nothing, god." She shakes her head, closing the menu.
Placing her hands on the table, she finally looks up at me. A perfect winged eyeline designs her upper lid, with matte red lipstick on her full lips.
I calmly say, "Were you at Zayn's place?"
I know she was, I just want to hear what she has to say.
A grin begins to break on her mouth, "Oh, I see what this is about. You're upset that your Zaynie cheated on you." She pouts her lips, as she speaks with a baby voice.
I laugh, placing my chin in the palm of my hand, while listening to her blabber on and on.
"Well, what can I do? I'm just way too irresistible, that your boyfriend didn't resist me."
