"Is your leg okay?"

"It'll be fine"

"And are you okay?" Braxton turned to me, he was looking anxious.

"I'm fine" I looked down at my fingers, which were running along my thigh.

"What's wrong now for fuck sakes?" Braxton snapped. Why did he always have to be so rude?

"Why are you getting angry?" I glared at him. One minute he's being nice and the next he snaps, I didn't like it.

"I hate girls who attention seek"

"Attention seek? How am I attention seeking!" My voice rose, I was infuriated. How could he say that? What did I do to attention seek!

"Yeh, your sitting there all quiet, playing with your fingers expecting me to be sympathetic" His knuckles gripped onto the steering wheel tightly and his eyes were fixed on the road ahead.

"Sympathy for what Braxton! You're psychotic!" I was screaming now, my hands waving in all directions. "Stop the car"

Through gritted teeth, "Why?"

"I want to sit in the back with the others, they're more friendly to me"

He scoffed, "You want to sit with your boyfriend? Fine" His foot hit the break, causing his chest to slam into the steering wheel, and my body flung forward. A second later, Braxton started driving again.

"I don't know why you have a problem with me-if this is about getting involved in yours and Dylan's fight than-"

"It has nothing to do with that" He cut me off instantly.

"Then what!" I screamed.

He hit the brake again, and this time I took my chance and get out if the passengers seat. I jumped out of the car and slammed the door behind me.

"Pee break? FINALLY" Jakob flung his body over the trucks side and landed next to me.

I heard Braxton's door slam a few seconds later, and he came around to where me and Jakob were standing.

"Hurry up" Chase called out to us.

I started walking with Jakob, when realising Braxton was beside him.

"Where are you going?" Braxton looked at me, his eyes still fierce.

"I'm going to pee, if you must know" I turned left, stepping off of the road and into the woods. I walked on for a few minutes, making sure no one could see me. I turned in all directions to make sure Braxton didn't stalk me, before crouching down.

"Skye!" I heard a deep voice call out moments later.

I rushed to pull up my jeans, buttoning them at the top. I followed the voice which I heard call my name earlier. The woods were silent and peaceful, or maybe it was peaceful because Braxton wasn't near me unleashing his demon.

"SKYE!"

I started to jog back, dodging all the trees that were in my way. Looking up at the moonlit sky that only barely showed through the trees, I was lost in thought.
