I rang on the doorbell and just waited for my girls to open the door. I left my house key here two days ago. It's time I went home, even though I was just here.

It was Winter Break and no one was on campus besides a few students trying to cram in some extra studying or doing research over the break. The house was empty besides a few sisters who weren't planning on going home this break.

I only had Alicia to count on opening the door and I'm praying she's home.

Jaxson left me after dropping me off. He said he was going to try his best to find Caleb.

Alicia opens the door seconds later with a towel on her shoulders, still drying her hair. Seeing my exhausted state, she rushes me into the house.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Alicia finally asks and places a hand on my shoulder. She was dressed but her hair was still wet meaning she just showered. She was wearing a grey sweatshirt and her booty shorts.

"It's just been a bad day..." I admit and avoid eye contact because I know looking at her will just make me cry.

"Really?" She asks again and I nod my head.

Yeah, I think my boyfriend might be cheating on me.

"Yeah," I reply once again with my voice low.

"Hey, dude. The toilet's backed-" a man comes out of Alicia's room and stops his comment once he lands his eyes on me.

I'd recognize that voice anyway.

She snuck Bryce into the house! After all the times they have broken up and the rules in this house, she really brought him here.

Usually, I would smile because Bryce is hilarious and always found a way to make me laugh  and I enjoyed his company. But right now, all I really wanted was for him to leave this room so I could have a talk with my best friend. I just need a moment and I'm very emotional. Bryce's personality isn't going to be needed at this point.

"Bryce, babe you gotta leave," Alicia sadly dismisses him and Bryce just gets very confused. I would too if I suddenly got told to leave the room.

"W-what? Why?" Bryce stutters and walks up to his with his usual confused face.

But he didn't want to question her any more because he knew doing so would end badly.

He randomly snaps his finger and smirks, "I see what's going on. I'll leave you two girls alone." He winks at both of us.

He puts his hands in surrender before slamming the front door. He understands, he always does.

Once he finally leaves, I turn to face Alicia who has now taken a seat on the couch on my left in the main living room.

"I- he- I b-believe Caleb is c-cheating on me," I stutter on that statement. It just feels weird for me to say that. I never thought it would've came out of my mouth but here I am.

There was a moment of silence that radiated between the two of us. She's probably as speechless as I was.

I started laughing. Yep, I've gone insane. Then I took a sigh. I've lost my marbles!

"Are you sure?" she questions me, looking at me with those serious hazel eyes of his.

"No...It's an assumption, but tell me why else he would lie to me about his location. He told me he was going to pick up Jaxson. I then called Jaxson to notify him that Caleb was coming to pick him up but Jaxson had no idea what I was saying since Caleb said he would be with Vanessa. We then drove to Vanessa's office and they were nowhere in sight. What is he hiding from me?" I sigh and hold in my tears. I can't let him see me like this, I can't let myself be weak for some guy.
