Caleb's POV

She's at my apartment. Sleeping my my bed. And I'm not in it with her. Sad to say that I am quite disappointed but just take what life gives you and don't ask for me.

I couldn't sleep the whole night, knowing there was a beauty next to me.

"Snow." I whisper in the night and no response.

"I know you're awake," I attempt right again.

"Snow. You're breathing is quite heavy." I confess and she turns on the bed to look at me who was on the floor.

"I can't sleep." I say.

"Yah. I know and thanks to you, I can't now either." She snaps.

"Sorry." I apologize and we both just sigh staring at the ceiling in silence.

"Night." Snow addresses and turns back to the other side of the bed.

"You know tonight's date was a bust." I continue on with my conversation. I know it's late and I know we should be sleeping but I mean I can't so I'm not going to let others around me sleep too.

Much to my hope, all that responded was a light breathing. Is she asleep? Damn we've only been in my bedroom for five minutes yet she's already fallen asleep. I wish she could fall for me as fast she could fall asleep.

"Nothing?" I question and once again no response.

"Snow." I holler quietly.

"If you don't shut your trap, I'll shut it for you!" She threatens. Even in my bed, she still finds a way to intimidate me but it just adds to her charm. Her back was facing me and I was sharing at that same back in the dark night.

"And what will you shut it with? Your lips?" I tease. Looking at her back, I see that she flinched.

"I'd wipe that smirk off your face if I were you." She says and My face immediately shifts to one of a neutral expression instead. How did she know?

"Can I sleep now or are you going to keep interrupting me?" She asks and I shake my head - which she obviously can't see. Excuse me while I am Mentally face palming myself.

"No. Go to sleep. After all you need all the beauty sleep you can get," I respond and at that she jumps out of bed and walks over to me lying on the floor.

"Don't make me throw you out the window." She warns. Even in a dark room in which I can only see her outline, I can tell she was angry.

"Right," I whisper and she heads back to my bed in my clothes in my apartment. All mine yet for some reason, the boss was indeed her.

"Goodnight to you too." I incredulously say.

"It won't be a good night if you keep talking," she advises.

"Right." I repeat.

"Shut up." She shouts and I was very tempted to say right again but chose to close my mouth.

[the next morning]

I woke up to an empty bedroom. Man, I knew that girls left in the morning after our one night stand, but for a girl who I did nothing with to leave me is a new concept.

I got up from the floor and to no surprise, my back aches from the hard ground but I still make my way to the living room. Much to my surprise this time, Snow is there wearing my white t-shirt which looks adorable on her. It reaches to her mid-thigh and covers up everything but reveals just enough. She's just standing in the kitchen making coffee.
