Vladimir turned and fell to his knees. "S... Sarah." He whimpered, she touched his face gently. Kneeling down to his level, she smiled at him.

"Please, no more deaths tonight. Vincent is dead, and whoever that girl is? She did it. For me, do this for me?" Vladimir nodded and the image that blurred his vision collapsed into his arms.

He began to cry holding Tricia close. "You did this!" He snapped at his brother, whom of which was unconscious. He came back to, staring at the two. "The girl isn't Sarah" Victor choked out. Vladimir lifted Tricia up, carrying her to the bed. He laid her down, and turned to Victor.

"Where is she?" He'd ask, Victor sat with his legs crossed. "In the garden..." Vladimir walked out the room.

The lights to the ballroom were on, they hadn't been turned on in over eight hundred years. Flashes of the guests from that night appeared as music began to play.

He'd trip and slide across the floors slightly. Grunting with pain. He was flung against a wall, and slammed into the floor again. "Stop please." He begged, attempting to gain control. The girl walked out, pinning him to the floor. "Why so weak? Fight back!" She screamed at him. Vladimir had blood dripping to the floor. "Show your true power!" She demanded.

"I promised I wouldn't hurt anyone ever again! If ..." He screamed out in pain feeling a squeezing sensation in his chest. "Sarah stop! This isn't you!" He begged.

Tricia burst through the doors and watched in horror. "Stop it please!" She ran towards the girl, only to be slammed back into the wall. "Stay out of this, Sarah. It doesn't concern you!" Vladimir bellowed out a roar, breaking free and running at the girl. His fangs sharp and his nails sharper. "Imposter! You're not Sarah!" He growled as Tricia was dropped to the ground. "No, she's Sarah's daughter." Tricia coughed up blood on the floor.

Vladimir stared at the girl confused. "Why protect him! He got you killed! You could have stayed with me and lord douku!" She'd bellow out at Tricia. Vladimir stared, watching the two. "He didn't kill me ok?" Tricia sputtered.

"No that's a lie! Your blood was on him. I saw it from the inside!" She cried, flashes of the past filled the room. Images of Sarah going outside, Vladimir following. And all at once screaming. "He smelled your blood, your time of month. Nasty by the way." She snarled at Vladimir. His eyes were blood red. Confusion sweeping over him. "Lord douku went to find you, he was worried." "That's a lie! Lord douku killed Sarah!" The images showed douku fighting Vladimir. Blood on both men. "Lord douku loved my mother! He loved me!" Vladimir growled, collapsing to the ground as blood seeped from his nose and ears.

The girl started towards Tricia laughing. Tricia couldn't breath, her ribs being squeezed tight. The girl had tears in her eyes. "Please, stop this." She begged.

It seemed all at once, the power broke. Tricia's eyes turned a piercing blue in color. The girl looked frightened. "I said stop!" Tricia landed on her feet, walking to the girl. "Jade... That's enough." The girl collapsed. "Jade hates you!" Jade growled out. "You escaped him, you ran and said you'd come back for me. He molested me, until I turned old enough and then he raped me." She cried into her hands. "You left me there. But he said I'd learn to love it. I'd learn to be a good girl and take it."

Sarah didn't look sympathetic at all. Victoria appeared through the doors. Her parents in tow. "Roast her." Victor said calmly.

Victoria started to set Jade on fire, but Sarah threw a hand up, blocking it. "Killing is wrong." She'd say coldly, narrowing her eyes at the girl. "You abandoned me. I was tortured, beaten, raped and told I'd learn to love it and want more!" Sarah snarled. "You want to join the afterlife? You want freed from the pain and suffering? Is that it?" Sarah twisted one hand in a jerking motion, jade's neck snapped. Her body crumpled to the floor.

Tricia's eyes returned to normal, blue with a hint of green. Her body collapsed as blood began to pour from her ears and nose.

Victor walked to Tricia and lifted her up. "You let her live, to be killed by her mother?" Victor sighed two butlers lifted Vladimir up, carrying him up to his room. "She asked me to let her confront her mother. Never said she wanted Sarah to kill her." He'd mumble and carry Tricia out.

Vanessa looked back at the crumpled body, suddenly it burst into flame, turned to ash and blew away. She frowned as Victoria hugged her mother.

"Wasn't Sarah human though?" Vanessa looked to her daughter. "Yes, that girl. She was a half vampire. Not a full." Vanessa paused before leading Victoria back to bed.

Vladimir was laid in his bed, his face washed off by a maid. Tricia's head rested on victor's shoulder. She watched a moment before coughing. The sun was shining outside, the snow glittered like diamonds. "Jade must've been buried in her mother's grave." Tricia croaked out, Victor listened quietly. "She sensed my presence, and stole some blood." Tricia coughed hard this time, pain filling her lungs. Vanessa walked in and looked Tricia over. "Can I heal you?" She'd ask looking at Tricia. Tricia half nodded and Vanessa removed her shirt. Her ribs and back were a purple black color, her chest was red.

It wasn't until Tricia moved that Vanessa noticed blood from her lady parts. "Oh dear god." Vanessa covered her mouth. Vladimir shot up and looked panicked. "What?! I smell her blood is she ok?!" He'd growl looking around. Vanessa flicked her wrist and knocked Vladimir back out. "Tricia... Are you pregnant?" Vanessa touched her stomach. No pulse that would indicate a child. Victor purced his lips. "Miscarriage?" Victor mumbled. Tricia looked worried, Vanessa hugged her close. Causing her to cry out in pain. "Oh right, right. I'm sorry. Let me heal you first." She moved her hand over Tricia's stomach, the bleeding stopped as she moved over her body. The bruising began to fade. Tricia whimpered in pain as broken bones moved back to normal.

Vanessa finished up and touched her stomach again. No pulse. She had lost whatever baby was there. She shook her head.

Tricia stood and waved them out the door, walking over she climbed into the bed and curled into Vladimir.

Vladimir instinctively hugged her close, and Tricia dozed off to sleep. She opened her eyes once to look at the clock: 12:30. She dozed off again.
