To be honest, Keith didn't like seeing Tera walk away from him. It always seemed to bother him in some way. He mostly ended up moving one foot forward and stopping himself from chasing after her. To him, in his mind, it was better to let her go. However each time Tera did leave from his side, it felt as if she had slipped from his fingers tips.

Keith took a moment to think over everything that had happened with Tera. He mostly did this just to see if there were any signs he missed out on, he really didn't want to mess things up between themselves.

He thought, 'Should I have given her more space? Or maybe kept her closer? Gosh, this is difficult....and tiring.' Shiro from a distance turned to see Keith standing there looking at nothing.

He yelled over, "Hey, Keith, we're about to start heading back to the palace." Keith snapped out of his trance and came running back to his red lion. He hated the negative side effects he got from Tera. It's not like she could help stop him from thinking about her. It just happened. Neither one of them could just stop for a moment. It sounded like an annoying problem they needed to get over for the sake of the team, but what could they do?

Keith decided to just stay away from Tera for at least for the remainder of the day and maybe the next if he had to. Maybe that would give him time to clear his thoughts from all sorts of distractions.

They returned to the control panel room to meet Allura. She received the second jewel and placed it in a capsule. The princess faced the paladins and Tera, "Thank you all for the search, especially you Tera. You have made the look for the jewel's much easier, and for that, I am thankful." Tera smiled back for the compliment.

Everyone was dismissed and went their own way.

Back at the Galra Empire ship:

"There has been no sign of Tera," said Haggar. She bowed her head in sorrow. It was like she had lost her own child that she had raised and nurtured. She had lost her child once; she did not want to lose her child again.

The guards that were there at her side looked to one another before speaking, "We tried searching all over the desert, we're terribly sorry-"

Haggar yelled, "Don't be sorry, find her!"

In fear, the guards replied, "But lady Haggar-"

She raised a hand and sent one of the guards flying to the wall. She left the room, "I must speak to Zarkon about the matter." The guard shifted backwards as she made her way out.

Haggar opened the giant doors, "There still is no sign of the girl."

Zarkon responded, "What about the tracker on her?"

She snapped, "It's no use! We recieve no signal from it, like it- like she's!!" She stopped speaking.

Zarkon spoke, "It seems something has happened to her. Perhaps terminated. It was only a matter of time until that girl would fail a mission, costing her life."

Haggar was speechless since she couldn't think of another explaination. Zarkon looked up, "We will find her remains some time soon. If not, we must move on. Until then, Sendak will be the one searching for the jewel's, carrying out other missions."

The next morning at the palace:

Allura was at the control room as usual, "A party? Why do you want a party?"

Lance explained, "Because, a party is just what we need! I mean, all we do is work, train, run, fight for our lives, you know how it is."

Allura looked at him with a straight face before crossing her arms, "Well, I guess-"

"YEEESS"

"But only tonight. It's the only time we all can afford. I will invite the villagers near by to come." Lance gave Allura a quick hug followed by him running out the door, "Thanks, princess, you won't regret this!" And so then, the giddy Lance began frolicking out into the hallway. What was it that he had planned in store?
