I saw this on Instagram and I'm dead. Bye guys
*cries*

It landed. Two people climbed off the bronze dragon, as people clapped for their return. Campers were happy, siblings thankful.

One person wasn't filled with joy. One person was broken. One person was dead inside.

Leo smiled and hugged his siblings. Many of them punched him, screaming at him. He made his way towards the pavilion, where he saw Percy. Leo pointed out Percy, to which Nyssa frowned. The girl next to Leo was confused. What happened to Percy?

Nyssa said nothing but glared at Calypso. Leo asked what her problem was but Nyssa had already stalked off. He turned to Harley, but he was only walking up to Percy. Leo watched as Harley tapped Percy, who in turn asked the boy a question. Harley said something and pointed to Leo and Calypso. Percy's head jerked up and Leo expected to see happiness in his friends eyes.

That wasn't the case.

The couple watched as Percy got up and walked to them.

"Hey Percy-" Leo started, his voice upbeat and happy.

"Why?" Was the only thing Percy said. "Why? Why did you curse her?"

His question was directed at Calypso. Leo looked between his friend and girlfriend, confused.

"Sunshine?" He asked. "What's he talking about?"

Percy turned to him. "Your girlfriend, cursed mine. And now she's...she's dead!"

Everyone stopped. Leo's eyes widened as he looked at Calypso.

"You should have cursed me!" Percy screamed. "I was the one who left you. YOU SHOULD HAVE CURSED ME! And because you didn't, because you were too jealous, Annabeth is gone. She is dead. I lost the love of my life."

Calypso was stunned into silence. Percy kept yelling, going to the point of tears. He yelled at the girl asking repeatedly why she hadn't cursed him. Begging her to curse him now, so he could go to Tartarus and die the way he should have. Yelling, how he didn't want to live without her. How Calypso took it all away from him.

He fell to his knees. The great hero, Percy Jackson was crying, sobbing. "CURSE ME!" He shouted. "Do your worst! I don't care anymore. I don't want to live without Annabeth. I was supposed to marry her, and have a family with her. You ruined that! Now she's dead. I couldn't save her. I couldn't...I couldn't..."

"I'm sorry," he continued. "I'm sorry I didn't see to it that the gods released you. That I'm sorry for. But why Annabeth? I was in love with her. Once this stupid war was done, I wanted to build something permanent with her. But she's dead."

Percy was sobbing. Campers ran up to try and comfort him. Half were glaring at Calypso. Malcolm had to be held back by Clarisse. Athena campers gave her dirty looks. Thalia was crying along with Percy. She wanted to rip apart the girl. Grover was trying to hold it in.

They had both lost a sister.

Percy had lost a soulmate.

Leo and Calypso were speechless. Calypso let Percy's words sink in, and it felt like she was carrying this weight around. Guilt ate at her, making her feel worse.

"You should have left me on that island, Leo."
