CHAPTER 20

Hyerin twisted the doorknob to open the door when Taehyung also did the same. Since their room was facing each other, both of them stood frozen as a respond. Looking at that showed that their mind definitely still fresh with what happened last night.

Hyerin tried to shape a light smile and bowed at him before decided to flee.

"Where are you going?" Taehyung asked out of sudden as he noticed the outfit on her. Hyerin stopped and looked at him.

"Mart. I have to buy some groceries." Replied Hyerin.

"Then, I'll give you a ride." He stated.

"Yes? Ahhh, no need. It's okay. I'll just take a taxi." Hyerin refused blatantly as she thought it was better to take a taxi rather than ride inside the same car with him.

"Please don't disobey my order, can't you?" Taehyung said.

"But..."

"What again?"

"Didn't you go to the hospital today? Or have a date with your girlfriend?" Hyerin asked or in other words, she tried to avoid him again.

"A doctor has their rest day as well and today is a weekend. And one more thing, I don't have a date with her today. So, is there any excuse you want to give?" Taehyung's brows jerked.

"Ohh.... I see." She forced her lips to curl a smile.

"Let's go now." He said before leave. Hyerin letting out a big sigh at the back.

Looked like she really has no choice. She sighed again before forced her legs to follow him.

As the car was driven off leaving the house five minutes ago, there's no conversation occurred between them. Only the DJ's voice and the songs played filled the space.

Taehyung focused his eyes on the road while Hyerin just stayed silent as she thought there's nothing to talk about.

"So, you'll start the internship next week, right?" Taehyung sudden question broke the silence.

"Yes? Ahh, yes." She replied.

"Where?" he asked. Hyerin looked at him slightly before answer the question.

"Hmmm, where was that? That hospital... what its name, I think... I forgot what was... the hospital name." she lied. She really didn't want Taehyung to know about the hospital she would have an internship. If he has to know that, let him know by his own.

Taehyung took a quick glance at her before curled a smile. "You have a very poor memory." He said.

"Yes... I am." She replied slowly before turned her eyes outside the window while mocking him silently.

Yes, I am crazy. I'm weird. I have a problem with my memory and everything. Huh!

Ten minutes later, they're arriving at the mart. Without looking at Taehyung, Hyerin opened the door and jumped out of the car before fastened her legs toward the mart. Taehyung who's still inside the car just shook his head with her action.

(A week later)

Hyerin sped her steps to go downstairs and moving directly toward the kitchen. She had to prepare breakfast before going to the hospital.

Gosh, it's because she awoke late this morning.

Ten minutes passed, she finished preparing a cereal and hot chocolate. Then, she put the breakfast on the dining table when Hyun Min entered the dining room.

"Eonni, what's wrong? You looked mess." She asked before yawned widely.

"I'm late already. Today is my first day for internship and I don't want to be late." She said while pouring the hot chocolate into the cup.
