CHAPTER 42

A taxi stopped not far from Taehyung's house. Hyerin jumped out of there while observing her eyes to ensure Taehyung was not in there. 

Looking at the absenteeism of his car at the garage, he probably not at home at this moment.

But, once her eyes fell on another car at the house yard, her heart shot with pain. It was Chae Yeon's car.

No, I can't have this feeling anymore. I must forget him.

She coaxed herself before looking at the taxi driver. "Ahjussi, can you wait here for a while. I'll be quick." She told.

Yes." He nodded.

Hyerin closed the door and ran toward the house. She assumed nobody at home right now. Chae Yeon and Taehyung probably go out with Taehyung's car and she hoped Hyun Min also not at home.

She unlocked the door and stepped inside the house. The whole space seemed quite. Fortunately, nobody was there right now. So, it was easy for her to do her things.

Hyerin went upstairs toward her room and packed all the things into the luggage. She wandered around the room to see if there's anything else was left until her eyes fell on the Panda toy on her bed.

"Should I take that?" she asked herself. "No, maybe I shouldn't. It will remind me to him." she decided.

She took a deep breath and exhaled heavily before putting the bag on her shoulder while tugging the luggage to leave the house before anyone coming back.

"Wahh, it's been a while since I was here. Looks like nobody at home right now. Your maid quite already, wasn't she?" Chae Yeon's voice resonated across the living room. Her head stretched out the entire place to ensure Hyerin was not there.

"You said you're tired just now. It's better for you to go back home now. I want to have a rest too." Taehyung said, ignoring Chae Yeon's question. She smiled before back hugged him in sudden.

"Yah, what are you doing?" Taehyung shoved her in an instant.

"Opps, sorry." She said. Taehyung sighed.

"Just go home, Chae Yeon." He snapped. Chae Yeon looked at him and curled an evil smile.

"Honey, since there was nobody at home right now... shall I just sleep here? With you? Well, we'll get married soon and why not if we spent time together. Well, you know... you and me..."

"What nonsense you're spewing right now, Chae Yeon? It's better for you to go now. I'm tired." Taehyung told and turned his body to make his way to the room. But the figure who stood in front of him made his steps frozen.

"Hye... Hyerin?" he said the name he has been missed while staring at her.

"What are you doing here? You should leave this house already, right?" asked Chae Yeon. Hyerin sighed before bowed at them.

"Sorry, I'm coming here without told you in advance. I just want to take my things." She explained.

"Things?" Taehyung asked when his eyes fell on the luggage with her. He looked at her. "Where are you going?" he wanted to know.

"I've made my decision. I'll leave this house." She told, causing Taehyung to speechless with her statement.

"L...leave?" Taehyung asked.

"Good, finally... this is the first time you don't be so stupid." Chae Yeon interrupted, giving her an irritating smirk.

"No, you can't go anywhere. I'll not let you leave this house." He averted.

"Why? I have a right to make my own decision anyway." She snapped as she resented with Taehyung's intolerance.

"No, your mom asked me to look after you and your brother. So, you can't leave this house. Please, Hyerin." Taehyung pleaded.
