The Man Getting his Paper

I just stood there and stared at the place where Raychel apparated from. My heart was aching and tears wanted permission to leave my eyes. Raychel was caught and yet, she wouldn’t say where George was. She was going to hurt him just because she could. She wanted to keep us apart just because she thought I stole Fred from her. I felt someone touch my arm and I looked up at Jude. “We’ll find him.” He said assuredly.

“What all do you know about her?” Ben asked.

I looked at him and said, “Well, I only know about things that happened in the dream I had but even that’s vague.”

“Well, it might help.” Charlie said.

We all sat on the couch and the three of them stared at me. I tried to remember everything about Raychel from the dream I had. “Well, she’s a bitch and she was obsessed with Fred. She’s Australian.”

            “Anything personal?” Jude asked.

“Only that she’s related to…” I stopped before I said Bellatrix Lestrange because an idea came into my head. Raychel was also related to Draco. I could go to him and have him help me find where Raychel was keeping George.

“She’s related to who?” Ben asked.

“Draco.” I answered and stood up. “I have to go to him.” I headed for my bedroom to get dressed.

“You’re not going to Malfoy’s.” Charlie told me as the three of them followed.

“I have to. He can help me find George.”

“What makes you think he’ll help?” Jude asked.

“He’s different. At least, I hope he is.” I went over to the door and looked at them. “You guys go to the Burrow and tell the others what’s going on. I’ll get dressed then apparate to Draco’s.”

“You’re not going alone.” Jude said.

“Yes I am. I’ll be fine. Just go.” I closed my bedroom door and went to my closet. After I got on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt, I grabbed my wand and apparated out of the house.

I was standing outside Malfoy Manor and looked up at it. Memories of the dream started to come back to me. I remember I stayed the night there several times and I was even in Draco’s wedding. I pushed the dream away and opened the gate. It seemed happier than I remember it in my dream. Something was different but I couldn’t point it out walking through the large walkway to the manor. I finally got to the large double door and used the knocker to knock on the door. I could hear the knocks echo in the house and I wondered if anyone was home. If Draco still lived there. I haven’t seen him for twelve years and I really had no idea what he was doing. The last thing I heard was that he and his wife Astoria had a son Albus and Rose’s age that they named Scorpius. I went to knock on the door again but I could hear footsteps coming towards the door so I waited patiently. To my surprise, a dark haired, tall, brown eyed man opened the door. “Can I help you?” He asked kindly.

“Yes. Is Draco Malfoy here?” I asked curiously.

“I’m sorry but he’s not. The Malfoy’s no longer live here.” He answered.
