Chapter 8

Niall's POV

"And if we do that we will be able to make sure that no intruders can get inside......" 

"Niall? Niall?"

"Huh?" I asked looking at Louis.

"You weren't listening were you?" 

"Uh babies, money, protection." I guessed.

"Yeah no. You still thinking about her?" 

"I can't not. It just doesn't seem real." 

" It was hard on you. And it's going to be even harder." 

" I just.... I don't know what to do?" 

"Have you talked to Rebecca yet?" Louis asked me.

"Yeah, she said that Kristy is just going to be here for a little bit. She said she's trying to find answers." 

"Then show her the answers she's looking for." 

"How do you think I do that?" 

"I don't know mate. You got her once you can get her again." 

"Yeah but that was when she knew about all of this." 

"So what? She didn't fall for a king. She fell for you." He told me then got up from his chair.

"I'll see you later mate. I got a date." He said with a big grin on his face. 

"See you." I waved goodbye to him then got up and went over to my window. I saw a shadow moving in the garden. I looked at the shadow and saw Kristy holding Violet and walking around. I smiled to myself. 

"I just want a small sign." 

Kristy's POV

"You like the pretty flowers." I showed Violet.

"Look at that one."

"Enjoying the garden?" I jumped a little. I turned around and saw King Niall.

"Yes very much." 

"I'm glad." He smiled at me. 

"I was actually trying to find the kitchen but got lost and ended up here." 

"Ah, I can show you where that is." 

"Oh thank you." Niall started walking threw the garden. 

"So what brings you out here?" I asked him. 

"Just trying to clear my head." 

"Hard day?" I asked him. 

"More or less." I nodded my head. We walked in silence for the rest of the way to the kitchen. 

"Well here we are." 

"Thank you for the help. I probably would have been wondering around forever." 

"Well you are very welcome." I smiled at him and started to walk inside. 

"Wait." He stopped me. 

"Yeah?" I asked him. 

"Would you maybe wanna have dinner with me sometime?" He asked me. 

"Oh um I........I'm sorry I don't think right now is the best time. I just got out of a weird relationship and I don't know if I'm ready for all that." 

"Oh I understand. But if you change your mind my offer still stands." He told me. I smiled at him and nodded.

" Okay." I walked inside with the biggest smile on my face.
