(Y/N) somehow managed to leave
the washroom without checking her neck. She simply told herself she was being ridiculous for probably the twentieth time today.

Currently the young girl was being led down the halls be Sebastian who was still puzzled by her sudden change. Not only was it the way she was acting but her aura itself was changed. He noticed her soul held a stronger scent now as well. He hadn't been able to get a good enough whiff of it but he knew patience was key. Eventually he'd get a better look at her soul, he had no doubts. After all, he was simply one hell of a butler.

As they neared the dining room Sebastian was quick to clue her in on what she was doing here, "The young master has suggested you eat with him, since you are most likely quite famished, having been on the streets for so long. I have prepared more than enough food for the two of you, I do hope you enjoy it."

"Why that's hardly right, a maid such as myself eating diner with the master? Oh my. I am quite hungry though..." Just as she finished saying so her stomach seemed to growl at her for even thinking of turning it down. "Well, alright. If it's just this once." (Y/N) stepped into the room in front of Sebastian as he was holding the door open for her.

"You finally made it. Tch, I was getting impatient. I'm quite hungry. Sebastian." That's all Ciel had to say before Sebastian was at his side, explaining out the dish he had prepared in detail. It wasn't just one dish. No, that would be too simple, and of course Sebastian loved to show off. He had prepared around fifteen different dishes all in a short amount of time.

(Y/N) was amazed with his work, she didn't even listen as he listed off all of the delicious looking food.

"(Y/N)? What would you like to try?" He finished listing everything off and served Ciel first, as Ciel was his young master, as he so often liked to point out. While Ciel stared down at his food, picking at it and taking small bites Sebastian stared at (Y/N) attentively, trying to look for any signs of faltering in her walls. There were none at this time, much to Sebastians' displeasure.

She must have calmed herself while in her room. Sigh, I guess it will take more work than simply looking at her to solve this mystery.

Sebastians' thoughts were cut short when (Y/N)'s soft voice filled the room, "I'll take whatever your favourite is Sebastian, I trust that it's all quite delicious." (Y/N) of course knew what Sebastian was trying to do, staring her down with sceptical dark red eyes.

He was trying to figure her out. She wasn't about to let that happen either.

If it's a game he wants, a game he shall get.

She was determined to figure out what his deal was before he could learn anything about her. What she didn't know is that he was trying to learn something that not even (Y/N) herself knew. Which was hard to narrow down as she didn't know a lot, and what she did know she refused to believe. A stubborn girl, truly.

A dish was placed in front of her, the food looked lovely and smelled even better. His eyes bored into hers as a smirk crawled onto his face, "I take it you don't need me to explain the dish? Since you were obviously paying attention the first time."

"But of course I was. What kind of a lady would I be if I hadn't?" She lifted her fork slowly, pointing it towards the food. (Y/N) expected Sebastian to waltz back over to Ciel after tormenting her but instead he stayed by her side, making her feel quite uncomfortable.
