                Ciel's POV~

"Now, my lord, would you like me to avenge Madam Red?" Sebastian turned to the red reaper.

"Oh no, I think I'll be going now, ta-ta!" Grell jumped out the window that she came from.

"Leave it alone for now, she did help get (Y/N)'s memory back," I closed my eyes, leaning back in my seat, "So. She really is a noble."

"Indeed, my young lord, she seems to be a lot like you," I shot him a questioning look, "She is determined to use her pain to climb. Isn't that what you always say?" He smiled.

"Yes, that it is. Let's just hope she doesn't throw her future away to get that revenge, I doubt you want another demon around to show you up," I chuckled, folding my hands on my desk.

Her past certainly reminds me of my own, the coldness in her eyes when she spoke about her pain... I felt it, I could tell that she meant every word.

"That would be something, wouldn't it? Another noble selling their soul for revenge. You two would really be alike then," He headed towards the door, "I must go make dinner preparations now, my lord."

"Very well," I sighed, grabbing a piece of paper to write to the queen about my newfound snake.

                (Y/N)'s POV~

"Alastair, get in here!" I hissed, closing my door and storming to my bed. I sat down, cradling my head in my hands.

"Yes, what is it, my lady?" He was beside me in an instant.

"It's true, isn't it? My parents are dead, someone killed them. I'm the last one," He nodded, "I will avenge my parents, and you will help me, that is an order."

"Of course," He stood up, standing in front of me, "As you wish," He bowed, holding his hand over his heart.

"We will have to be careful. Sebastian is a demon- you could have told me that, by the way- and I do not want them to know about you yet. He may already know, but it doesn't seem to be that way," I stood up, walking to my closet and grabbing a deep green robe, "You may leave now, I'm going to bathe myself."

"Are you sure you won't need any help?" He smirked, looking me over.

"I have managed on my own so far, so yes, I am quite sure."

"I'll see you when you need me then, my lady," he was gone again.

After I had finished my shower I went to the closet, quickly realizing that I would need new dresses, now that I am a noble. I scanned the dresses and picked out a simple black and white dress. It was about knee length and the skirt had a petticoat build in, to add a little volume to it. It had long sleeves, the collar was white, as well as a little section at the top which was separated by the black ruffles, which were also on the skirt and sleeves. There was a black bow tie and trimming on the collar as well. I put on black stockings with a garter belt and finished with a pair of grey flats with a small bow on the front of them. Just as I finished getting dressed there was a knock on my door.

"Yes, come in," I walked out of the closet, sitting in front of my vanity table and brushing out my long hair.

"Hello, my lady, dinner is ready," Sebastian bowed as he entered the room.

"Please, Sebastian, just call me (Y/N). You don't need to be so formal, it's just me," I chuckled, turning in my seat once he agreed before standing up and following Sebastian to the dining room.
