"Not this dream again. And here I thought I was awake," (Y/N) rolled her big red eyes, annoyed at herself for thinking she was awake, "Who knows what that pervert could be doing right now.."
"That pervert is downstairs, talking to two gentlemen," The man was calm, yet he seemed almost as smug as Sebastian. Which was hard to accomplish.
"I would pinch myself to wake up but it would appear I can't. Creepy man, do me a favour and pinch me?" (Y/N) looked back over to the man instead of looking literally everywhere else.
"My, (Y/N), I had no idea you were the kinky type," He chuckled, taking another step forward, "My dear, you are very much awake. Quit acting like you aren't aware of the truth. You sold your soul." He hissed, leaning down over (Y/N).
Her body began to shake as his words settled on her, "Awake? Just like when I did it?... Oh no, what have I done?" (Y/N) gasped, closing her eyes and shaking her head, "It can't be true. Demons aren't real."
Alastair chuckled once again, a sound that send waves of unease through (Y/N)'s whole body, motioning to his own body, "Quite real."
"B-But if I did make a deal with a demon for strength... Why the hell can't I get out of simple chains? You're lying," (Y/N) hissed, on edge, "You have to be lying," Her angry accusations had become a soft whimper.
"I wouldn't lie to you, after all you are my master of sorts," Alastair smirked, thoroughly enjoying the situation. The sight of his prey all chained up and helpless... Well, let's just say it was something he wouldn't soon forget and it was a memory he would hold until the very day he devoured her soul.
"So then it's really true..." (Y/N) calmed herself, forcing herself back to reality, "Well then. What are you waiting for? Get me out of these chains."
"My apologies, love. I was simply admiring the view.. Are you sure you don't want to have some fun instead? I mean look at you, all chained up and helplessss, oh how very vulnerable you look like this." Alastair's long tongue flicked out of his mouth, running over his pale lips.
(Y/N) groaned, shaking her head, "Would you quit it with the creepy comments? Oh, and while you're at it you can get me out of here. That's an order," (Y/N)'s eyes went cold, as did her voice.
"Of course, Milady."

"Sebastian, do you sense her anywhere?" Ciel asked once the two were away from the Viscount.
"Of course I do, but there is someone else in the room with her. Or rather, something."
"What do you mean 'something', Sebastian? We do not have time for your ridiculous riddles and games," Ciel narrowed his eyes.
"I can't be quite sure. There's too many people here, I can't tell which is what," Sebastian looked towards the stairs, "Well. What are my orders?"

Alastair swept (Y/N) up into his arms, holding her tightly against his chest, "Hold on tight, this is going to be a... bumpy ride," Alastair warned before shoving the window open and jumping down into the night.
(Y/N) grasped tightly onto the back of his tailcoat collar, burying her face in the crevice of his neck whilst biting on her bottom lip to keep from screaming.
"Well.. That was quite the ride..." (Y/N) removed her head and looked around once they had landed, "Could you please put me down now?"
"Of course, my dear," Alastair grinned, setting her down on her toes.
"Now I have to ask you to leave, they can't know about you. About this... deal. You'll know if I need you. Quickly," (Y/N) made a hand motion as if trying to scare away a dog or motion for one to leave you alone.
"If you insist, I shall be back at your call. Farewell, my lady," And with that, he was gone.
"(Y/N)? Is that you over there?" Ciel's familiar voice rang throughout the open space, catching (Y/N)'s attention.

~~(Y/N)'s POV~~

"Oh, my lord, I'm terribly sorry. That seemed to be more trouble than I expected," I chuckled, scratching the back on my neck.
"Is that so? What happened?" Ciel came to a stop in front of me, the light of the moon reflecting in his eye.
"I-I don't really know. One minute we were talking and the next I was sleeping. I woke up chained to a bed. I don't think he had the chance to do anything to me, thankfully..." I trailed off, scared to even think about how much worse it could have been.
"Chained? My, how did you escape? We didn't see you come back downstairs," Sebastian spoke up, drawing my eyes over towards him instead.
"The chains were too big for my small hands. It took a bit of effort and pain but I managed to slide my hands out. As for how I got out of the room..." I darted my eyes towards the window Alastair jumped out of, noticing the rope made of bed sheets for the first time.
"That. A rope made of bed sheets. It was the best I could do," I laughed nervously, hoping they would buy the lie I was trying to sell.
That damned snake. Why am I not surprised over the fact that he thought this far ahead?
I really didn't need them to think I was some sort of crazy lunatic so for now Alastair stays a secret. And a secret he shall remain.
"Clever," Sebastian nodded approvingly, as if impressed by my 'actions'.
If you only knew the truth.. You'd believe me to be crazy... Not clever. Not even close.
"Yes, well, did you inquire the information that we came here for?" Ciel took a step towards me, as if trying to ease me into telling him what I had learned.
"Ah, I think I did, yes. While he most definitely is love crazy, I don't think he's our guy. He's innocent in this case. However, he did try to hold me captive... Still, that was for some other reason, who knows what it was but I didn't wake up in a cage so it most likely wasn't to be sold," I tapped my finger on my chin, thinking back to the events of the night.
"Ah, yes. I believe he was going to force you into being his bride," Sebastian spoke calmly, he even had a small smile on his face as if he was proud for knowing so.
I felt my eyes widen, my hands clasping the fabric of my dress, "Well I'm glad I was able to escape... That's not exactly an ideal life."
"Sebastian, get the carriage, we're leaving. We'll need a new plan to catch the real culprit I suppose," Ciel sighed, looking towards the large manor.
"Yes, my lord."
Off once again like a loyal pup~
"I can see why you didn't like him now," I chuckled, looking over at the building whilst wondering what was going through the Viscount's mind at that moment.
"Yes, I would imagine so. As if he thought he could so easily take a Phantomhive servant from me," Ciel scoffed, raising his nose.
"Quite silly indeed, my lord," I agreed, nodding my head, "As if you would let the Phantomhive name be spoiled by something such as losing a maid to the Viscount of Druitt at a party."
I heard Ciel make some sort of agreeing grunt in reply, but he said no real words. I turned away from the building, my hips swaying as I walked towards the carriage that now neared us.
"Young master," I called, forcing his attention towards me.
Without saying anything he followed after me, taking short strides towards our ride back home to the gorgeous manor.
Ciel was helped into the carriage first and I followed, happy to finally be heading back to the safety of the manor. If I knew one thing for certain it would be that I had to try and bathe away the scent that man left on me. Something like lilacs mixed with some sort of musk. Not a very pleasant mix, if I do say so myself.
In no time at all I found myself lost among my thoughts, wandering aimlessly through the clouds of questions in my mind and the simple confused thoughts bouncing around.
Was I really dumb enough to sell my soul? God, I'm an idiot. What does that even mean? What is a soul, really? Is the mark noticeable or does it just go beneath the skin? I have a demon watching over me... Kinda funny considering most people would say they have an angel watching over them. I wonder if I used to believe in angels. Well, I wouldn't know. Maybe Alastair knows... If he doesn't I'm sure he can at least help me figure it out, considering he has to do as he is told. Heh, now that's amusing. A demon following orders of a human... They must really love souls~
A stern, quiet voice dragged me out of my mind, bringing my thoughts to a stop, "Thank you for risking yourself, at least we can cross him off our list. However, we will still need you to capture the real guy. After all, you are a pretty, young lady, just like the victims already taken," Ciel had his hands crossed in his lap.
I tilted my head, not failing to notice that he had called me 'pretty'. While I didn't find myself very pretty at all- not as pretty as most girls I see- I still took note of it and appreciated it. It was the first real nice thing he said if I remember correctly!
"Of course, anything for you, young master," I curved my lips into a fake half-smile.
"Hmph, I suppose we will have to take action tomorrow, I'm quite tired after the day and it's getting late," Ciel shifted in his spot, leaning over and resting one hand on his knee and then having his chin rest on the palm of his hand.
"Very true, tomorrow is another day..." I looked down at my hands, folded against the smooth fabric of the dress, "If I may make a suggestion, master Ciel?"
"Yes, what is it?" He turned his head back towards me, looking into my eyes with his piercing blue one.
"In order to catch this kidnapper, why don't we take another visit to where they all happen?" As I asked, I hoped that he caught on to what I was saying. As a look of unease settled onto his face, I knew he did. Not even two seconds later it was replaced with that stoic expression on his pale face.
"You really want to take that risk? Huh, interesting. You're much braver today than you appeared yesterday. You do know that you would need to be alone, yes?" Ciel smirked, seeming amused at my sudden suggestion.
"Yes, I do." I smirked back at him, "To both questions," I quickly added.
"Very well. It may work. I'll think about a plan and discuss it with you later," Ciel turned his head away once again after I nodded, showing my understanding.
I only suggested it because if push comes to shove I can call on Alastair, now that I know he's actually real... A real demon. I never even imagined such a thing could be real, it seems ridiculous. Made up. Alas, now I know it is not.
