"I'm not going to be a problem, just going to act the most normal" she grinned back to Emma. "Hope you are not going to act like a child"
 Emma smiled and rolled her eyes "Well maybe I'll sit there like a lump the whole time"
 "Are you admiting, you can't act like a mature adult?"
 "I can. But then I'm not too fun" Emma kissed her cheek "And maybe you just see me as more childish since your the old hag" she smiled
 "Ha, hey at least I have good manners" she hit her arm playfully
 "Oh I have manners. You just don't know how to relax from time to time"
 "Oh but you know I can, I just need some help to remember how" she said innocently and ran her foot along Emma's leg, where Henry couldn't see
 "Oh do you?" Emma smiled and gave her a quick but deep kiss
 Henry made disgusted face as he ate. "Yes I do, but you know how to do that"
 
Emma laughed a bit when she glanced at Henry. "Come to think of it I think I can somewhat remember a good way to relax you"
 "Well good, because I might needed today"
 "Ohh but what if I'm too childish to help you?" Emma smiled and crossed her arms
 "I think you can find enough intrest yo do so" she said and kissed her cheek
 "I guess we'll just have to see about that" Emma finished her coffee and washed her cup
 Regina ate something before washing her cup. Henry finished soon and put his dishes away and walked back to his room. Regina Pressed her front to Emma's back and put her arms around her

 Emma turned her head to kiss her shoulder and put her hands on Regina's
 "So do you want to tell me your plan for relaxing?" she asked
 "Well it's not really a plan to relax you. More like ware you out"
 "Like everything" she smiled. "But maybe after Violet leaves later"
 "Well we can do that later" Emma stepped out of her arms "go put on some shorts and actual shoes. Cuz we are going to go on a nice long run"
 
"So you are making me exercise now" she said and kissed her cheek. "I'll be back in a moment" she said and went to chance. She didn't have many sports wear, but had few fitting ones
 Emma changed into her tank top and shorts and waited by the door
 Regina walked down, hair up on a ponytail. "So shall we go then"
 Emma opened the door and went out "how long do you think you can last?"
 "I can keep up, I'm not just sitting in my office all the time" Regina said as she fomlowed her
 "I used to run. A lot" Emma started jogging
 Regina jogged beside her "but then you started to eat bearclaws"
 "I'm still in pretty good shape"
 "I think I've kept you in shape" she laughed
 
Emma rolled her eyes "Ha ha ha." She picked up the pace
 Regina kept up with Emma, and was glad she still exercised
 Running felt good. It had been a long time and she used to run more for different reasons, Emma missed the air rushing into her face
 Regina hadn't run in a long time, she hadn't run much, not in the enchanted forest at least, her mother always telling it wasn't for a lady, and as a Queen, no chance. But had started when the curse was casted
 Emma picked up the pace a bit more. She felt like she could do this all day long without getting too tired

 Regina was glad she had a good stamina or she may have given up already. But it felt good to run outside
 Emma glanced at Regina every once in a while
 Regina kept up with Emma
 Regina felt her muscels aching, but was good for her. She was bit suprised she had kept rest of the run. She was stll wasn't in her full energy, because of her eating.
 Emma smiled and stretched up when they stopped. She knew she might be sore the next day because it had been a long time but she felt good
 "Well I haven't done that in a long time" she said trying to catch her breath
 "Me either" Emma said taking a few deep breaths
 "I'm going to take a shower" she said and walked inside
 "Mind if I join you? Already had one but now I need another" she walked in behind her
 
"Not at all" she said and walked upstairs to her bedroom. Okay she might have pushed herself maybe a bit too much. She took her clothes of and walked to the bathroom. She opened the shower and stepped in
