Emma wiped the few tear from Reginas jaw and pecked her lips again "I wasn't going to tell you but I went to talk to hook this morning " she rolled her jacket sleeve up a bit to show her bruised wrist
 "Emma.." she said sadly and took her wrist to her hand gently. She reached a kitchen towel and wiped her wrist gently to see the bruise better. "What did he do to you?" her eyes were still fixed on Emma's bruised wrist
 "Grabbed me hard and put me against the wall and put thoughts in my head. Not much" Emma kissed her cheek
 Regina waved her hand over her wrist healing it, there was small hint of anger in her eyes. She kissed the now healed wrist.
 "Regina I'm okay" she saw the anger in her eyes and stroked her hair
 "Emma he had no right to hurt you. Why would you even go there?" she asked looking at her, she didn't sound angry
 "He didn't hurt me bad. It was just a bruise. I just wanted to know why he keeps doing that to you. And I was planning on hurting him but I didn't really get to it" she looked at Regina
 Regina just looked at Emma her gaze was more soft. "Well did you get to know what you asked?"
 "Wasn't really a good answer. But then again I don't think there's a good one for my question" emma gave her a soft kiss then pulled away
 Regina nodded and tought for a moment. "So I forgot to put the shield last time..."
 "Well you didn't really have the time or energy to do so..."
 "I know, but I feel like I need to do it later. I can't relax easily when I know he might get out"
 "Are you sure you want to go?"
 "I don't want to go, but I have to."
 "I'll be with you and it will be alright" emma gave her a small smile
 Regina nodded, looking down. "Could we maybe go tomorrow?" she asked and pecked her lips, it calmed her
 "Yes of course" Emma said softly and hugged her
 Regina hugged her hiding her face into Emma's hair.
 Emma kissed behind her ear, holding her protectively
 After a while Regina pulled away. "Thank you" she said and kissed her lips. "Do you stay over tonight?"
 Emma kissed her back "unless you want to kick me out" she smiled
 "Never" she smiled and kissed her jaw
 "Good" Emma hopped down off the counter
 Regina wrapped her arms around Emma's waist and pecked her lips. Her legs were getting bit tired of the standing
 "Why don't you go work in your study for a few hours and I'll go to the station, then we can make dinner later" she smiled and kissed her jaw
 "Sounds like a plan" she said and kissed her once more before she let go and put the wash cloth away. She started to register the pain again, Emma had made her forget.
 "Remember your meds" emma kissed her cheek before leaving to the station
 Regina walked upstairs after ahe was gone. Now that she was in pain she moved bit slower. She took her meds and went to her study to get on with her work
 Emma had so much paperwork, she knew there was no way she was going to get it all done in a few hours so she just did as much as she could
 Regina had lot of emails she needed to go through. Sitting few hours reading from the screen formed a small headacheb and had to go with her glasses
 Emma worked as long as she could till she knew it was close to the time to get back. She finished what she was working on then left
 Regina was still on her emails,s she hadn't gone them enough so it was a chaos. Answering them took time too
 Emma came in and knew Regina was still in her study so cane in there "you know those glasses look so hot on you"
 Regina lifted her gaze from the screen and looked over the glasses to her. "You really do like them?" she asked and leaned back to her chair
 "Yep. But I like anything you wear" she came over and gave her a kiss
 "I also know you like it when I don't wear anything" she smiled and look her glasses off and bit the earpiece of them.
 "That is correct" she smiled and sat on the edge of her desk
 "So how as work?" she asked and put her glasses back on to eye her unfinish work before closing the laptop
 "Boring. I still have a lot to do, but I thought it could wait till tomorrow"
