"I know but I told him to go when her father is not in the house.." she felt guilty for encouraging their son to do something like that. "he hasn't heard anything from her, she does't answer call or textes and isn't in school. so it was the only thing that I could rhink of"
 Emma sighed "I get he's worried, but that's not really safe. Her father could come home at anytime. I was thinking of going to check up on them today anyways"
 "I know. He has been there before without him knowing, and I understand the risk, but do you think he would have stayed out anyway. at least now I know where he is."
 "From what I heard last time that didn't end well. I know he would have eventually gone anyways" emma rested her head on Reginas shoulder
 Regina kissed Emma's head and ran her fingers through her hair. "we'll come get this life to work" she sighed
 Emma squeezed her hand lightly "I know" she sighed
 Regina brought their hands up to kiss the back of her hand as their food came.
 Emma kissed Reginas cheek and let go of her hand to eat "I wonder if people will catch on. Other than Violet's father" she said quietly
 "they will eventually"she said and ate and then stopped to look at Emma. "wait what?.. he knows?"
 "He saw the ring yesterday and kind of put it together" emma stopped eating looking at her food "and he threatened to hurt you if I got in his way" she said even more quiet
 "Emma, he just wanted to scare you, because threathning you doesn't work. So he picked something you care about" She put a hand on her shoulder
 Emma put her hand on Reginas "I know. And I know you can handle yourself and him, but it just scares me to ever think something could happen" she kept looking down at her food
 Regina put her fingers under her chin and turned her head to look at her. "Emma, it'll be alright, he's just and asshole, and you know we can handle this."'
 Emma nodded and wrapped her arms around Regina hugging her putting her forehead against her shoulder
 Regina hugged her back not caring one bit that they were turning heads to their direction
 Emma stayed there, taking in Reginas calming sent and touch
 Regina rubbed Emma's back lightly hoping to calm her
 After a few moments Emma sat up straight again and gave her a small kiss
 Regina kissed her back but soon broke it to keep eating her luch
 Emma finished her lunch and the coffee she had ordered
 Regina was finished too and kissed Emma's cheek."text me when you go over to check on them" Regina went paid the luch and them came back to Emma. And gave her a kiss
 "I will" she kissed her back "love you" she smilee
 "Love you too" she pecked her lips just before she left
 Emma got up and payed before going back to the station
 Regina got to her office to continue her day, she was thinking of Henry and how big of a risk he was going to take
 Emma worked on the paperwork she had for a bit longer. After a while she thought it could be a good time to go over and check on them, she texted Regina "going over now" before she left
 "Okay, text me after an hour so I'll know everythings okay" she texted her back
 Emma read the text and went to over to Violet's house. She got out of her car and walked to the door knocking
 Violet came to opem the door "Emma, what are you doing here?"  She asked very confused
 "Just came to check on you and your dad, is he home?" Emma gave her a small smile
 "No, he left while a go. But he'll be back in a moment"
 "Would you mind if I talked with you for a while till he gets back maybe?"
 "No I wouldn't" she said quietly and stepped aside
 Emma came inside and closed the door "So how are you doing?"
 "Just fine.." she said quietly. "Would you like something to drink?" she asked politly
 "Some water woud be good" Emma gave her a smile
 "Follow me" she said and lead her to the kitchen, she took a chair for Emma and gave her a glass of water
 Emma sat down and took a sip of water "so I heard you didn't go to school yesterday. And you seem to have not been there today"
 "No I had some house cores that i hadn't done so I couldn't go..."
