Regina didn't know why excatly it was so special with Emma. She couldn't have done this in her earlier relationships.
 They sat there for almost an hour in each other's arms till Emma lifted her head and kissed her cheek
 Regina just snuggled to her neck. "Should we get up?" she asked and turned her head just enough to look up at Emma
 "We should or we might not ever" emma smiled. She wanted to stay there forever
 "What if I want to stay here forever?" she asked but straightened herself to look at her
 "I want to too." Emma gave her her a kiss
 She kissed her back before pulled back. "But we have a date to go, and eventually kids to look after"
"We do, and we do"
 Regina gave Emma one more kiss, it was very light and delicate. Then she slid of her lap to sit on the bed
 Emma smiled after the kiss and got up giving her a kiss on the forehead "Well I should go. I'll pick you up at 7"
 "Okay, I'll be ready by then" she said with a smile. "Don't forget to take your dress"
 "I know" Emma picked it up and gave her a soft kiss before leaving
 Regina smiled to her when she left. She walked upstairs to get ready.
 Emma went over to visit her parents a bit before she had to get ready knowing it
 wouldn't take her too long to get ready
 Snow was so happy to see her. She came to pull her in a tight hug
 Emma hugged her and laughed. She realised she hasn't seen her mother much since she moved
 "You've been away quite long" she said pulling out of the hug
 "I know, ment to come by last week"
 "Well why didn't you?"
 "Was busy. And all that stuff that went on with Violet's father, and spent a lot of time with Regina"
 "How is she anyways. Violet I mean. She has went back to school"
 "She's doing better I think. Back at school. I still have her father at the station"
 "Where is she living, I know she doesn't have a mother here"
 "She staying at Reginas in the guest room"
 "She must have fun with Henry" she said and walked to went sat on the couch where Neal was playing on the floor. "So how's living on your own?"
 Emma came to sit beside her "It's nice. Gets lonely but it's nice to have privacy"
 Snow looked smiled and then saw the marks on Emma's neck, fading, but still there. "I can see you've been enjoying it." she usually wasn't one for bitey comments but she couldn't resist.
 Emma blushed lightly "gosh Henry and now you"
 "Well they aren't exactly hard to notice" laughed as she picked Neal up
 "I know." Emma smiled "so how's little Neal doing"
 Neal extended his arms toward Emma as he heard his name. "He has been well, got bit more energy, I need to play with him more" Snow handed him to Emma, when he started to wriggle hands still toward Emma
 Emma picked him up and bounced him on her lap "Well he's getting bigger, and he will keep growing and getting more energy so have fun"
 "He's your brother, so you need to keep him some company too. Just let wait till he starts to walk"
 "Yeah I'll come around more often when I can" emma played with him a bit before looking at the time and handing him back to Snow "I've got to go. I'll talk to you soon though" she smiled and got up
 Snow took Neal and got up as Emma did. "Where are you going, having some plans?"
 "Have to get ready for our date tonight. It's our 6 month anniversary and I've been wanting to take her out again for a while"
 "It really has been half a year. How time flys" Snow smiles. "I'm so happy for you two"
 "Yea. It's gone by. Thanks mom" emma gave her a hug and put her jacket on before leaving
 Snow hugged her and watched her leave before going back to taking care of Neal
 Emma got home and got ready
 Regina was getting ready and nearly was ready. She had found nice deep blue coctail dress and was searching for her matching earings.
 Emma got ready pretty quickly. She put on one of her few pairs of heals that matched the dress
 After some search she found them and a small diamond necklace. She checked her make up and hair and smoothed out her dress in front of the mirror. She took everything she needed and put them in her small purse
