Emma followed, stripping when they got in the bedroom. She stepped in behind Regina and leaned against the wall
 Regina washed her hair, the water helped her aching muscles
 Emma washed her body off then took the bar of soap and ran it down Reginas back
 It felt nice to share a shower with Emma, she leaned towards her
 Emma kissed the back of her neck and wrapped her arms around her waist
 
Regina rested the back of her head against Emma's shoulder and kissed her jaw
 Emma smiled to her and kissed her temple
 "I haven't got to shower with you for a while"
 "It has been a while. I think I missed it"
 "I know that I did" she said resting her hands over Emma's
 Emma softly kissed down the back of her neck and to the back of her shoulder
 Regina just relaxed on the quiet moment
 Emma closed her eyes feeling her whole body relax. It felt good holding Regina close with hot water pouring over them
 Regina stayed there before she felt her legs getting too tired to hold herself up. She moved away from Emma and washed her body
 
Emma washed her hair quickly and stepped put of the shower and grabbed a towel to dry off
 Regina wrapped herself on a towel and walked to her bed to sit down
 Emma went to Regina's bed in her towel and layed down taking a deep breath breathing the cooler air in
 Regina massaged her sore legs still in the towel
 Emma brushed her fingers along reginas back on her exposed skin
 Regina got to the center of the bed and sat beside Emma
"Hi" Emma smiled
 "Hi, how are you now feeling after the run"
 "Good. It was nice. And now my body is 100% relaxed after that shower" Emma sat up "And how about you"
 "I know" she said
 "I'll probably be a bit sore too"
 "Well suffer it together" she felt bit unwell, but tried to ignore it
 Emma kissed her shoulder "your looking a bit pale, are you alright?"
 "Yes, just pushed myself a bit far as I said"

Emma nodded and layed back down
 Regina layed down and rested her head on Emma's chest
 Emma wrapped her arms around her and closed her eyes relaxed
 Regina closed her eyes, trying to get over the bad feeling
 Emma put her fingers through Reginas still wet hair
 Regina fisted her towel, trying to calm herself
 "Maybe we should have stopped sooner" Emma said quietly as she felt Reginas discomfort
 "I could have just said, and it didn't feel as bad then"
"Sorry for dragging it out longer"
 "Hey, don't apologize, that would have been fine normally"
 "I know. But you know it makes me feel bad when you don't feel good"
 "I know, but caused it to myself"
 Emma kissed her head and put one of her hands onto reginas
 Regina squeezed her hand

 Emma closed her eyes again still holding Regina close
 Regina soon got up and walked in the bathroom and locked the door, before Emma could follow.
 Emma sat up and ran her fingers through her damp hair. She shouldn't have pushed the run further, or maybe she shouldn't have taken them out at all
 Regina felt weak, and sat on the floor after, getting part of her breakfast out of her.
 
Emma got up and got dressed. She sat on the floor leaning against the wall beside the bathroom door "everything okay in  there Regina?" She asked
 Regina didn't answer right away. She pushed herself off the floor an opened the door. "Yes"
 Emma crawled in and sat on the floor by Regina
 Regina rested her head on Emma's shoulder. "Sorry this started again"
 "Don't apolozise" Emma put an arm around her a gently stroked her hair
 Regina burried her head to her neck. "Thank you for being here"
 "No place else I'd rather be then with you" emma kissed her softly and pulled away
 Regina gave her a smile and got up from the floor, she was still feeling bit unwell, but she didn't want to stay in the bathroom.
Emma got up
 
Regina walked back to the bedroom and sat on the bed. "Why do i have to be like this?"
 Emma followed "these things sometimes just happen and there's really nothing you can do about it "she say beside her
 "It's frustrating"
 "I know. But you will gt through it"
 "I hope so..."
 Emma kissed her cheek and hugged her
 Regina hugged Emma, seeking comfort.
