Regina woke up early in the morning, too early for her licking. When she felt arm around her was opening her eyes, but she reconised Emma's sent just before she opened her eyes to see Emma next to her asleep. She was wondering what she did here but didn't dare to wake her up. She put her arm around Emma and pulled their bodies closer
 Emma snuggled into her still asleep. She could feel Reginas arm around her wih a small smile on her face.
 Regina ran her fingers through Emma's hair amd watched her. She couldn't go back to sleep even that her body clearly needed more sleep. She was just going to wait till Emma woke up  herself
 After a while longer Emma finally started to wake up. She nuzzled her head into Reginas chest and kissed her collarbone "morning" she said quietly, clearly still tired
 "Morning" Regina answered bit sleepy even that she had been awake a while now. "When did you come here" she asked quietly
 "Around 2 in the morning" Emma moved her head "I couldn't sleep" she ran her fingers gently through Reginas hair and kissed her softly
 Regins kissed her back just as softly. "Well it was nice to wake up next to you. Did youget any real sleep"
 "A little bit" emma opened her eyes more to look at Regina "you look tired"
 "Few hours sleep doesn't help much when you haven't slep in two days." she said quietly
 Emma stroked her hair gently and kissed her cheek "hsve you been up long?" She asked just as quiet
 "Maybe an hours or two." Regina said not looking her in the eyes she knew she just made Emma worry and she also knew she had been worried of Violet.
 Emma glanced at the annoying alarm clock seeing it was already early as it is, and Regina had been up longer. She let put a sigh and closed her eyes briefly then rested her forehead against Regina's hoping the contact would help her forget her thoughts
 Regina closed her eyes as well and her thumb brushed her cheek as her hand cubbed Emma's cheek.
 Emma was still lightly stroking her hair. The silence was calming and just being with Regina helped a tiny bit
 Regina's hand slid from her cheek behind Emma's neck her thumb now smoothing the skin of her neck.
 Emma's hand slid down to her back slightly rubbing it lightly as she got closer
 Regina softly kissed Emma on the lips and soon broke from the slow kiss. She wrapped her both arms around Emma's body pulling her as close that she could and burried her head into her neck
 Emma wrapped her arms around her to bring her as close as she could. She kissed her head and closed her eyes again feeling Reginas heartbeat and breathing against her chest
 Regina let all of her tiredness, worry, fear everything in the contact just needing to get it out as she clinged on Emma
 Emma tried her best to let all of her negative thoughts, the worry, and anything else out to only concentrate on Regina in her arms
 Regina just clinged on Emma trying to let Emma's arms protect her from all of it that was once again starting to threath them. She stayed there quiet holding on Emma for dear life, for almost an other hour. She didn't want to go through all of this again just when they were so happy. Regina loosen her grip on Emma but still staying close
 Emma loosened her grip as Regina did and kissed her head. She was worried that everything would just got downhill. They were finally in such a good place, so happy, but it could all easily change. She wish she knew how to protect everyone at once while still everything being nice
 Regina soon lifted her head and gave Emma a kiss. "Well get through this again." she said softly seeing the worry in her eyes.
 "Everything was finally falling into place... everytime something just gets in the way" emma kissed her back and closed her eyes "It's not fair"
 "No it's not, but living in this town always meens something will happen. But it gaves us the better chance to enjoy the quiet moments more"
 Emma gave her a small nod before opening her eyes again to look at Reginas "I love you so much"
 "And I love you just as much" she smiled and kissed her softly. "And I always will"
