Billion Dollar Jerk

|Chapter 5|

I wake the following morning to see Precious,Marcia and Elena are still fast asleep.

Me and Elena slept in between Precious and Marcia last night and now I wish we hadn't,so it would have been easier to leave the bed without waking anyone of them up.

I slide down the from the top of the bed to the bottom and land safely on the floor.

I would have crossed over one of them but that would have been too risky, one of them might have woken up.

"phew,that was close"I exhale.

I take one last look at their sleeping forms before exiting Elena's room.

I get back to my room and there's nothing different,so I lock the door behind me and go straight to my closet to find something nice and comfy to wear.

I pick out my black booty shorts and my white sleeveless crop top that leaves my back exposed because it's quite hot today.

Then I dig in my closet to find bra and panties,but everything is so old and are dull looking due to the amount of times I've worn and washed them.

I really need to get a well paying job because I need change my wardrobe.

I pick out a plain navy blue bra with matching panties,and place them on my bed and go into my bathroom.

I don't close the door because, I'm the only one In my room and besides,I locked my room door.

I pull off my zebra striped socks and throw them in my dolly pink laundry hamper behind the bathroom door.

I take off my tank top and sweat pants and throw them in too.

I stare at my almost naked body in the mirror before taking off my bra and panties from yesterday and throwing them in the hamper as well.

Growing up I used to be ashamed of my figure because I had an hour glass figure with a tiny waste,I thought it was just fat and I felt weird so I always wore baggy clothes to hide it.

I've never had a boyfriend because my priority was always school.

Guys used to say I was hot but I always thought they were just making mockery of me or trying to get into my panties.

It's Saturday so I decided to use the luxurious beauty mask Elena got me a while back.

I also decide to shave my legs again today because I'm going to be wearing shorts.

I hop into the shower and turn on the hot water then the cold water,so the temperature is warm and relaxing for my muscles.

I take my conditioning shampoo from my toiletry slab in the shower and wash my hair.

Afterwards I take the body wash and apply a decent amount to wash cloth to wash my body.

Not long after I get out of the shower and grab two towels,one for my hair and the other for my body.

When I'm done drying my body i hang the towel back on the towel rack and grab my black robe.

I get to my room i blow dry my hair and put on my clothes.

I look in the mirror,trying to decide what to do with my hair but I just end up putting it in a messy bun.

After I'm done with my hair I don't put much makeup on I apply just my old blue black lipstick and head downstairs to have breakfast

I get half way down the stairs and the tantalizing aroma of pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages fill my nostrils.

I practically jump down the rest of the steps till I get to the kitchen.

"Morning "Marcus says with a smile turning from the stove to face me

"Morning"I reply back politely.

"The guys are in the dining room,except Elena she's hungover go help yourself with breakfast"he says

"No let me help you in here then we could just go back there together" I say fighting the urge to run there and stuff my mouth with food.

"You sure I could totally handle things in here"he says

"Yeah positive"I say taking the dirty plates and putting them in the dishwasher.After I'm done I clean the counters.

"All done" I announce to him

"Yeah me too"he says.

"Now let's go eat"he says shortly after.we get to the dining table and everyone is stuffing their faces with delicious food

"Hey Ria"they all greet me.

"Marcus your food is delicious"precious praises

"Yeah totally dude"Jerome adds.

"You should open a diner I'll be a regular there"Marcia says and we all laugh.

"What?I'm serious "Marcia says joining us in laughter.

"Thanks guys and Marcia I'll look into it"he says with a dimpled smile.

"Someone should probably take food up for Elena she's badly hungover seeing as she gulped half a bottle of brandy"Jerome says.

"What about Elena?Elena says in a raspy voice walking into the kitchen with one hand on her forehead in an oversized T-shirt.

"Speak of the devil"Marcus says with a chuckle.

"How are you feeling"Jerome asks in a concerned tone.

"Like shit and does anyone have Advil"she says with one hand still on her forehead.

"Here drink this"Jerome says handing her a cup of tea.

"Thanks" she says to him taking the tea from him.

"You might want to eat chef Marcus blessed us with this buffet and it'll make you feel better"Marcia says to Elena.

"And about that, the fridge is almost emptied out"Marcus informs us.

"Maria do you mind doing grocery shopping today I don't feel too good"Elena asks

"Sure why not I'll go down to the Joey's store few blocks away after breakfast"I say.

"Really Thanks" she says."And when your there please get me some Advil"she adds.

"Will do"I say.

"Mmmm"I say when the delicious food hit my taste buds."Marcus your an amazing cook I need to get me a boyfriend who cooks as great as you"I say to him

"I told him to open a diner don't you think it'll work? "I think that place would be packed full with hungry people everyday if he decides to open one"Marcia says to me.

"Yeah I totally I agree"I say to her.

"Gee,thanks guys this is a real confidence booster "he says with grateful smile.

After breakfast we all clear the table except Elena of course.I go to my room to put on my sneakers and touch up my lipstick before putting my phone in my sling shoulder bag.

I take one last look in mirror before jogging down the stairs and heading out the front door.
