13 - YouTube Videos

Chapter 13

I sat in my bedroom writing on my laptop. I know, surprising right? 

My phone rang and I answered it without looking at who was calling. A squeal filled my ears and I dropped the phone in shock.

I picked it up when it stopped making sounds.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Hi! Guess who's here?" Sarah shrieked. My ears started ringing.

"I've had a headache all day, please be more quiet," I complained.

"Okay fine I'll talk normal now, but Jc Caylen is here!" she whisper-shouted.

My eyes nearly bulged out of my sockets.

"WHAT?!" I screamed loudly.

"Hey if I'm keeping my voice down, you better keep yours down too," she mumbled but I ignored her. What is Jc Caylen doing in Mexico? 

"Is he right there?" I asked frantically waiting for an answer.

"Yes he's talking to some fans right behind me. I am fangirling so much right now! I think he's visiting relatives or something but I just got here yesterday, Friday, night and than today I went to go do some shopping right? And then he came here and talking to fans and I flipped out! And now I'm here calling you, omg wait he's walking over to me! I got to go!" she yelled in one breath.

"Get his autograph for me!" I shouted right before she hung up. I sighed and put the phone down.

Right when I put my phone down, my computer beeped indicating I had a new subscriber. I smiled. Even though I haven't posed in forever, they still kept subscribing. I was roughly at about 144,000 subscribers right now.

I looked to see who it was and gasped.

Austin Mahone is now subscribed to your channel!

I covered my mouth froze.

What did I do? Block him?

Maybe I shouldn't have subscribed to him in the first place... 

I can't have him watch my videos... that would be so embarrassing. No, he canNOT watch these videos.

I clicked on his account and clicked the block button and then looked curiously at his account.

I hadn't been on his account in a while. I saw he had a few new videos.

My eyes widened as I saw his newest video had 1,000,000 views.

"Wow," I whispered in awe.

I curiously clicked on the video and smiled as Justin Bieber's mistletoe started to play.

He walked out of a house wearing a pink button down shirt and a beanie. I paused it there and stared at it. This may sound stalkerish but he looked even hotter. He didn't look like a player. He looked like a nice, innocent guy... whom I love... er... like.

"Wow," I whispered once more and watched the whole video and couldn't help but grin at the end when he winked at the camera. 

I closed my laptop and then frowned. I had nothing to do. I couldn't do anything with Sarah since she was in Mexico talking to my future husband (Jc Caylen).

Uncle Ben was at work, and we didn't have a TV. My life is boring...

I could go to Rob's house. I hopped up from my bed and walked over to my closet and threw on some high tops before walking into the living room. I looked out the window to see Rob shooting hoops outside with... Austin.

How could Austin be shooting hoops and on his phone at the same time?

He only subscribed to me a few minutes ago. Maybe he was on his phone, but how did he even find my account? Rob wouldn't have told him...

I sat on the couch and thought.

Should I stay outside and be all bored or go outside and see my friends, whom one of them I like. 

I quickly decided on going outside but as I stood up I felt a weird feeling in my stomach. I approached the door and the feeling became worse. I felt like I was going to be sick.

It's just Austin... you're not going to be alone with him anyways. Rob's out there.

Maybe I just didn't want to see him yet after what happened at school yesterday, when he saw me crying.

 I silently decided to stay inside. I could post a YouTube video. Nobody was home to hear me singing, so it was the perfect time.

I walked back to my room and picked opened my laptop again and launched the webcam again.

I didn't know what to sign so I decided on Moments by One Direction since I knew all the words and the music. I quickly looked up the instrumental version and got that ready and then I started the camera.

I took a deep breath and started talking.

"Hi guys! I'm really sorry I haven't posted in a few weeks, I have beenr eally busy with school and the move. And to make it up to you I will be singing one of my favorite songs but first, I want to know how many of you know Austin Mahone because he's here at my new school and we're kind of friends I guess you could say. Well he posts YouTube videos as well, so if you do comment down below," I said looking at the top of my computer when the camera was.

I don't know why I said that, it just came out of my mouth, but I wanted to know how popular he was.

I pressed play so the instrumental music started playing and I started singing.

Shut the door, turn the lights off,

I want to be  with you.

I want to feel your love.

I want to lay beside you

I cannot hide this even though I try....

I sang the rest of the song fluently, lost in my own world. I closed my eyes when I sang the chorus and then the instrumental music ended and I opened my eyes and smiled at the camera.

"Well I hope you guys enjoyed it, I know I did, so like if you did too. I will try to post again soon. Bye!" I waved to the camera and then shut it off and watched my video. It was about 4 minutes long.

I quickly posted it and closed my laptop. 

I looked outside the window again and saw that Rob and Austin weren't there anymore. They must have gone inside.

Suddenly I heard the doorbell ring and I groaned in frustration.

It was probably Rob and Austin. I really didn't want to see Austin. Maybe if I don't answer the door they won't think I'm here.

The door opened and I jumped. Don't they know about privacy? I got up angrily and slammed my door shut and locked it.

Couldn't they see I didn't want to talk to them? What if I was changing? That would've been a nightmare.

"Hayden open up!" Rob banged on the door.

"No! Don't you know anything about privacy?!" I yelled back and plopped on my bed.

"We just want to hang out with you," Austin said. I blushed and was glad he couldn't see how much my face turned red after he said that.

"I'm sorry, I'm busy, and don't come  barging in next time," I told the door and I heard footsteps walk away but I still heard breathing outside of my door.

Who was still there?

I nearly jumped out of my bed when I heard him speak.

"Hayden, we need to talk," Austin said.
