Tyler and Josh were hanging out at Josh's house one day, just brainstorming some lyric ideas and melodies when Tyler started to mindlessly hum the tune they had just come up with.
Josh watched, entranced, as Tyler bit the end of his pencil and bobbed his head side to side as he hummed.
"Hey, Josh?" Tyler asked, looking up from his notebook.
"Hmm?" Josh responded absentmindedly.
"Do you like the latest melody?"
Josh nodded. "Yup."
Tyler grinned and looked back down at his notebook, also going back to his humming.
Eventually, Josh kind-of-accidentally said, "That's really cute, Tyler."
Tyler looked up, slightly startled. "Wait, w-wha?" he asked.
"Your humming."
"Oh. Um...thanks?"
Josh nodded, watching as Tyler tried -and failed- to hide a wide-ass smile before going back to quietly humming.
