I watched them as they walked by, the other couples. There was something entirely special about these couples, though.
These couples were in love and happy and wanted to be there, but I didn't.
It's like I was supposed to do it. Like it was meant to be or something, but it felt all wrong.
I looked up at Michael, who had been slightly odd today, he was on his phone.
When he looked up from his phone, I quickly jerked my head in the other direction to look at the couples walking by again.
"The movie starts at 2." He said in a monitone Australian accent.
I shrugged. "What time is it?"
"Around 1:50."
"We still have 10 minutes." I said.
"Yeah. Niall's gonna come."
I furrowed my brows and looked up at the pink haired boy. "Why?"
"Well, why not?" He asked, pursing his lips at the end of his sentence.
I pondered about the reasons for a second. "Well, there's the fact that you and I are going. Then there's the fact that you and I are supposed to be dating."
He laughed, rolling his eyes.
"That wasn't supposed to be funny!" I exclaimed, shocked at his reaction.
He shook his head. "But it is. Ivy, you see. It's all so very funny."
I gave him a confused look.
"You fool no one." He said. "You're in love, but not with me."
My face grew cold because of him being so right.
"Not true." I lied.
"God, you're so damn annoying." He said, frowning to himself.
I smirked. "I thought we were supposed to be a couple?"
"Technically, we are." He corrected.
I tilted my head to the side. "Yeah. Not a very good one."
I leaned my head back so it was on Michael's shoulder. It wasn't very romantic of me, but gave a slight hint to everyone that we were dating. The teenage girls across the movie theatre might actually believe it with their dumb camera phones.
I tried my hardest to be in love with Michael. I mean, he's a attractive, nice guy. But it didn't work.
The only thing that came to mind was him. It was like he was the only answer and I didn't like that. I don't think anyone likes that.
It's been 2 weeks since I've started trying to date Michael, and we're failing.
It took him only 2 hours to get angry with my emotionless self.
He could tell I was lying when I told him everything I did, but I feel no shame because its what any sane person would do.
We've made a deal to be eachothers "significant other" for awhile until we find somebody else.
Nobody knows about it but us, and that's probably the bad part.
I tried to call Harry after his sudden leaving of the record shop, but he didn't answer. According to the tabloids, he is in Chicago for the filming of Xfactor auditions. He never mentioned becoming a judge to me, but I guess he wouldn't mention much to me.
The tabloids have also showed me how familiar he is with the bar across the record shop at The Grove. These pictures includes a very fake red head, that apparently, "lured Styles out of his hole."
