Chapter 13

A/N: I am so sorry guys but my life got hectic and then the whole writer's block stuff I shall try to make this chapter longer than usual to make it up to you. Also I'm making changes to the first chapter so please go read the rewrite if you want to know a few important facts :) I shall also start to try to be more descriptive   sorry if it gets on your nerve but it is an area I need to work on if I one day want to become a published author. :)  Love you guys and thanks ahead of time for reading this chapter!

"I can't believe I lost!" I grump as Angel laughs his butt off at me as I place my hands on the cool smooth marble tiling we had placed around the pool to give it a cool look when it reflected off of the water. 

"Autumn calm down I only won because I called upon the strength of my wolf to help me. Werewolves are stronger than Vampires because they can call upon extra strength when they need it." Jack shrugs as he explains, his shaggy black hair plastered to his head until he shakes it making water fly everywhere.

"Do I look mad? I'm just surprised that you won is all. I finally have my true powers and I still can't beat you." I frown slightly then move and pull myself out of the water my raven black hair looking like a model's that just came out of the water I note as I catch my reflection in the water then I stop and frown slightly.

"You don't look mad but you do look confused...Why do you...." Jack trails off as he walks to my side and looks in the pool.

"I can see my reflection..." I stare at myself my cheekbones high and angular, my mouth soft and pouty looking, my eyebrows are perfectly shaped and my eyes have become more framed as my eyelashes have thickened and my skin is perfectly clear.

Angel scurries over as Jack and I stare at my reflection and his jaw drops as he sees his own face, "Holy crap we are drop dead hot now sis!"

"We've always been drop dead gorgeous Angel." I turn to look at him.

"Maybe to the humans but have you ever seen another vampire this hot?" His silver eyes burn bright as he stares into my eyes. 

"Careful Narcissus don't fall in love with yourself too much, and to answer your question no I haven't seen any other vampire look like we do....other than..." I look down and bite my lip.

"Mom and dad..." Angel grows quiet like I do.

We stand there in silence for what feels like only a few minutes but when I move my bikini and my hair are bone dry and Jack is reading a book on royal vampires as he lounges on one of the lounge chairs. I take a moment to let my eyes roam over him, his body alluring and muscle bound in the way that doesn't scream steroids or lifting weights is all I do all day like some guys. I pause when I get to his face and frown when I see dark circles under his eyes. I walk over and kneel beside him. 

"Jack have you haven't been sleeping well have you?" I ask as I lightly stroke his cheek.

"I've been sleeping enough Autumn my main worry is you. Also it turns out that this is a very rare thing, you two seeing your reflections that is. I've read everything I can on the whole issue and it's only come up in this old book that I found in your library." Jack's blue eyes meet mine and I frown as they are a dark blue instead of his usual bright blue.

"Jack you need to get some rest, I'll be alright I promise."

He nods knowing that it's useless to fight with me as I can and will hold my breath until he does what I want, or I could make a really high pitched whistle that would make his skin crawl and his wolf want to dig a hole and stick its head in. I've tried the whistle one it's actually kind of funny watching an alpha wolf sticking its head in the ground.I grab my towel and his towel then we head inside with Angel right behind us. When we get inside Angel and I go towards the kitchen and start to make a meal for ourselves as Jack watches.
