My apartment was pack with twenty people, all from Layevan. Angel was watching TV as if he own it. Eve was there talking to Angel as always. Mira was drinking juice while talking to Seven. Seven was there, tapping the counter, while listening to Mira. Alex was there, sitting on the couch, staring at Eve’s katana. Juno was wiping her dagger near the kitchen. Alex was there to, with his group of friends and they all knew me.

As I walk in, I started to announce our plans, “As you all know, I asked all of you here to help me with something.” I was nervous because everyone was staring at me. I look over at Eve, who was smiling at me because she wanted me to be the leader I was always meant to be. “We are all here because all of you agree to take this risk. A risk that involves killing and defying Fiora, defying Purge Souls and its teaching. The Book of Yeul is the heart and soul that was lost with the name, Delaxy.” Not all knew what the Book of Yeul was because they are as old as Mira.

“What is the Book of Yeul?” asked a little boy named, Scar. Scar is about ten, just like Mira. He was also part of Alex’s group of friends.

Mira stepped down from the chair and looked at me with determination to explain her great grandmother’s words. “The Book of Yeul is the teaching of Yeul, who explain that this world must be balance in order to prevent corruption. Good should co-exist with evil, evil should co-exist with good. People should not upset that balance of co-existing.” I stare at Mira who was so passionate about what she was saying. “Those ideas are very critical, if we want to bring the old teaching back to this city.”

“So we are going to risk our lives for a book?” asked a girl named Terra. Terra was a good friend to Seven, ever since the attack. Terra almost have the same features as Seven, but have read hair, similar to Minerva.

Seven walked over to Terra and pushed her with only small force. “Idiot! Don’t you see what this can spark, what this is the first step to?” Those words alerted Eve.

“I do not want to spark a rebellion. Please, do not say that…” said Eve. To be honest, all I wanted to do is to read the book because of my desire to have knowledge, but to avoid conflict. I shook my head, knowing it have a high chance of sparking a rebellion.

“The reason we are risking our lives for this book, is because we are showing Fiora that we are tired of living under her rules and we are not going to participant in the Purging. I know all of you, you all are sick of all this despair, all of this game Fiora and Saya is playing. We are a family, but in a week, we are all going to be force into kill each other. Some of you will be force to kill your family, friends, and love one, all because of Fiora. I do not know about Eve, but I want to rebel against her leadership, I’m tired of being the hopeless and futile victim of Purge Souls.” Angel said as he moved with such determination; he wants to rebel, he wants to cause a rebellion.

I stared at everyone, everyone wants to do this. They all want to do more than just a mire robbery, they want blood, and they want Fiora’s head on a stick.

“Well, since you guys took my plan beyond a simple robbery, what do you suggest this group be called?” I said with a smirk. Everyone just looked at each other because they did not realize, they want to form a group, the group who will rebel.

“In the name of balance, we must strike in the shadows, we must enlighten those of the light, we must purge all pureness, and us, must eliminate all…we are the Black Paladins, those who will bring total annihilation…!” Mira said as she beckon everyone to the back yard.
