They Found Us

Makenna's P.O.V. 
          A week later I was still not all the healed. But, that was okay because while we didn't have any job to do, we could see what was so important about what we got from Barry. And better than that I didn't have to get dressed up or put in my contacts. So I am basically in a lazy day outfit not caring about the world. Wrong! I am caring. I am basically freaking out over what I told Captain Crunch! I told him my whole life and basically where our hide out is. Why was I so dumb as to tell him the truth about my life? Because you were dying. 
        "So, are you still not going to tell me what happened when H.I.V.E. caught you and Captain Kill Me Now?" That's right, Lilly gave Steve a nick name. So from now on he will forever be known by the name Captain Kill Me Now. 

       "I can't Lilly, I know you want an answer but I can't tell you what happened in there. Let's just see what was so important about-" 
       "Guys!" Jack comes in yelling," Guys!" He comes in the room breathing heavily," Guys, the computer picked up an intruder, or rather, 9 of them." Lilly and I look at each other and i take off to the kitchen to get lighter fluid. Once I find it I run upstairs and go to the room where all of my stuff is. This room has tapes of my nightmare visions, the tapes I sent my father, and even tapes of some person experiments that went wrong. If they ever got their hands on these who knows what they would do. I start to pour the lighter fluid on the ground, when I hear the door down stairs get knocked down. I hear Lilly scream and stop for a minute. 
         "Makenna run!" I hear, I start to pour the lighter fluid everywhere. I grab my lighter and light it. I'm about to drop it when it's suddenly disappears from my hand. I turn around and see Barry holding it. The Avengers then show up. I back up and look around the room. I can't let them get their hands on these. I start to freeze it all when a pair of handcuffs are slapped on my wrists. My powers immediately stop working and I look up. Steve was the one that put them on me. He looks down and sees the bandage on my leg. He grabs my arm and tries to lead me down the stairs. 
         "Steve!" I practically yell in his ear," If you care at all, you will burn that room and everything in it. You won't watch those tapes or take them out. Please, I am begging you." I say it so pleadingly that he just looks at me for a minute," I will cooperate, I will tell you everything. Just please, destroy them before they watch them." He tightens his grip on my arm and starts to lead me to a S.H.I.E.L.D. van. he opens the door and shoves me in with Jack and Lilly. 
        "S.H.I.E.L.D. doesn't negotiate." Then he closes the door. I get up and try to open the door. 
       "Come on!" I yell. Please, no, this can't be happening. "No. No. No. No. No. No. Come on, open!" I feel a hand on my shoulder and look around. The back of the van is almost completely covered with ice. 
       "Calm down, okay?" Lilly said. I shake my head. She takes my hand and takes me to sit down with her. I sit there breathing heavily. "I . . . I don't know what I can say. But, I know you have to calm down or you will kill everyone in here. Including me, okay, and I don't want t die." I did, I wanted to die when I was with Steve at H.I.V.E. but his nice and kind nature helped me through it, and now? Now he's acting like nothing even happened. Like everything that we went through was nothing. I stop breathing so heavily. 
      "I'm done it's okay. I'll be okay. I just- Why would Steve not help me?" I asked mainly to myself. 
       "What? Why would he? Face it, we're the bad guys. And he's the good guys golden boy. To him , we're just another mission." She looks at me and only sees me deep in thought. "Why did you think he would help you?' She asks. I just look away and don't answer. 

       "This bench is really small, I'm going to move over to the other side of the van." I move over to the other bench across from Lilly and Jack. The door opens and Tony Stark steps in, in his Iron man suit. 
        "Looks like I get to ride back with you Barbie." I sigh as he sits by me. 

        "Where are we going?" Jack asks. 
        "Oh you'll love it. It's kind of like that nice plane we found in your basement. My question is, how did you get it down there?"He asks putting one hand on his knee. "I mean you can't just lift the house up and slide it right in. I mean unless you have a super power that can do that too." i stay quiet and look at my hands," But that isn't nearly as interesting as the tapes we found in that room. Movie night tonight is gonna be fun." That is the point where I get pissed and not even the handcuffs can hold me. I break them and stand up in front of Tony. I put my hand to his suit and it starts to freeze.
