Steve 3 months later~

          Today was the 20th of December. Makenna had been gone for 3 months. No one knew where she was bu we all blamed Stark and Pepper. After she ran away Tony tried to fix the mistake by going after her. When he came back empty handed Pepper and him had a fight. They broke up. I don't know whether to feel sad or sadder. 

         Makenna and I had just barely gotten things sorted and then this went and happened. 
        "Steve." Clint comes in breathless. "Daisy thinks she might have a lead on Makenna." I jump off of my bed and Clint and I run to the lab. This could be it.

Makenna~ 

       "Parker!" I giggle as he tackles me on top of my bed. He starts to kiss my face. "Stop! You have an interview in 10 minutes." He says something against my neck. "What?" He brings his face up to mine. 
         "I said, I know but this is so much more fun." I laugh and lean forward and kiss him. "You're just giving me more reasons to stay." He says pulling away and rolling beside me on my messy bed. I look at him and smile. 
         "Look, last night was amazing but you have interview in ten minutes and none of the clothes you leave here are good for interviews." He looks at me. 
         "Last night was pretty good wasn't it?" I blush and nod," Fine. I'll get up." He jumps off the bed and walks away in only underwear and pants. I wolf whistle as  he walks and he turns around. I smirks and he comes back to quickly kiss me. "I love you." I smile. 
          "I love you." I say back,  he gets up and walks towards the bathroom as someone knocks on the door. "Got it." I say before walking towards the door. You see unlike my boyfriend I like to sleep fully clothed. I get to the door and open it before my breathing stopped. 
         "How many times do I have to tell you to stop taking my mail!" My neighbor yells at me. Her name is Kelsie and she subscribes to these awful magazines on how to be healthy and all that nonsense.
           "Again Kelsie, I do not take your stupid health absorbed magazines. I don't need them unlike some people." She gasps before I slam the door in her face. I walk back into my apartment. Parker comes down the stairs and I hug him. "You still don't have a shirt on." 
          "That didn't seem to bother you last night." He chuckles after he says that. "You do know I love you right? Because if you don' I can make that abundantly clear." I smile as he leans in and kisses me. We break apart at the sound of knocking at the door. I let go of him as he goes to get a shirt on. I walk to the door and open it. 
          "Look Kelsie for the last time-" I look up. At this point I think I would rather Kelsie be standing here. I step back. Steve, Natasha, Clint, Stark, and Wanda. Vision must have stayed behind. Before any of us can get a word out Parker's arms are winding around my waist. 
          "Who are these guys?" He asks. I look at him and then back at the group. 
          "They are some friends of mine." Parker nods. 
         "Oh cool. I'm Parker and I am so late. I gotta go babe." He lets go of me and comes in front of me before kissing me. He smiles and starts to walk down the hall. 
         "Good luck!" I call after him. He does a thumbs up in the air. Once he is out of sight i turn back to the group." Well, " I say opening the door wider," Might as well come in." They all walk past me and into my apartment, I close the door. I turn and look at them all making themselves comfortable. Except Steve, his eyes are bearing into mine like he has a vendetta against me. "How did you find me?" I ask finally getting the courage to speak up. "I was so careful."
         "Not careful enough." Stark says chuckling. " Daisy found you. First she found your gym membership, then it all unraveled from there. Now for my question, how are you not blowing this whole place apart?" I reach in my shirt and bring out the bottom of my necklace. Stark stands up and comes to look at it. "What is it?"
           "Tungsten vibranium alloy. Inside it has a piece of a magnetic meteorite that S.H.I.E.L.D. thinks comes from a Cree planet. So far it has been holding off my powers. I can scream without breaking anything and I can touch water without turning into ice."
         "Incredible. So, you have successfully found a way for an alien to blend into human society." he chuckles. 
         "It's not a toy." I say putting it back in my shirt. "And no you are not making a replica of it." Stark sits back down and everyone is quiet. It's like we are waiting for the ice caps to melt. "Look, I didn't leave because of you guys and I didn't mean to hurt any of you-"
         "Then why did you leave Makenna?" I shake my head. 
         "You know damn well why!" I yell the the door opens and Parker comes in. He looks at the situation.
         "Sorry I had to come get my phone. Babe is everything okay?" He comes over to me and places a hand on the small of my back. "Is this guy bothering you?" He stand by my side. Steve was an inch taller than Parker but he didn't care. I put one hand on Parker's chest. 
           "Parker, stop. " He just stares at Steve. 
           "Do you and I need to take this outside?" Parker asks. 
          "I'm never one to back down from a fight." Steve says taking his jacket off. Parker takes his suit coat off and throws it on the couch. 
           "Parker! Trust me you do not want to fight him." He doesn't look at me. I look at Steve and he is getting anxious to hit something. I kiss Parker and he is finally distracted. His arms wrap around the small of my back as he kisses me back. I break away and look at him. "Go to your interview, please?" Parker looks at Steve before nodding and kissing me again before leaving. I smile as he closes the door. As soon as he does I turn around and punch Steve square in the jaw. He staggers back. "Never threaten him." Steve stands back up. 

          "You're protecting him!?" He yells. "He's human you could kill him!" I know that Steve is right but right now all I can think about is punching him again.
           "Parker isn't your concern. And if you are so anxious to punch somebody then go ahead and punch me because you know how I fight. And I've learned a couple new tricks." Steve is fuming. Then he throws a punch. I grab his fist mid flight and grab my necklace. I rip it off and my fist turns into ice. My pupil turns white. "Big mistake." I throw him on the ground and climb on top of him, holding him down. "I'm a lot different than I used to be." I get off of him and grab my necklace before putting it on. Steve stands up. "Now you all came here why?" I cross my arms. 
          "Hydra has another inhuman that they are trying to put this drug into, we figured that you would want in," Clint says. "Plus it's almost Christmas and we can't have a merry Christmas without all of our family there." I shake my head. 
          "Look Parker doesn't know about any of this, and I want it to remain that way. We are finally at a good place with each other."
        "I can tell." Stark says looking at my bed. I blush a little at the fact that I left the door open. "So you guys skipped right to the end of the date I see." I blush even harder at the fact that I left my fancy dress on the ground. 
        "Look what I choose to tell and do with my boyfriend is none of y'alls business. So I suggest that if there is nothing else . . . you all need to leave." They all just look at me. Steve stands up. 
         "The inhuman they are experimenting on is your brother." He says. That catches my attention.
          "When do we start?" I ask. Tony jumps up and walks towards the door. 
         "Now would be a good time."
