'Victoria!' We both yelled.

The lights were still off and I felt Ian collapse onto the ground.

I was banging on the door while the lights went back on.

No one is in that room, no blood stain, nothing.

'Ian, come look at this.' I kneeled down beside him.

'What? Where's Victoria?' Ian exclaimed.

The room was silenced, no sign of anyone.

'We should call the cops.' Ian added.

'Yeah, what are we going to tell them Ian? That we witnessed a shooting but after a few minutes, the victim just disappeared? Ian, no one is going to believe us.' I said in frustration.

'You're right Ethan, but what will we tell your mother? What are you planning on doing?' Ian asked.

No he's right, what will I tell mom?
'Oh hey mom, just let you know your daughter Victoria, had been shot and disappear.' Yeah right like I can tell her like that. What should I do?

'Are you sure the girl in there just now is Vic? I mean she's blindfolded, it could be anyone Ethan.' Ian panicked.

'I recognize those black hair Ian, it must be her. Why else would it be in here?' I replied.

'What do you mean why else would it be in here? Ethan, is there something I should know?' Ian crossed his arms and slightly glared at me.

'Well, you remember my older sister Lanore, right?' I mummered.

'Yeah why?' he asked.

'The other day when I'm supposed to hang out with you, Shelly didn't go to the lecture and I saw here outside afterwards so I followed her.' I said.

'What? You followed her?' Ian raised an eyebrow.

'Yeah. And I follow her to this house, and I saw Lanore. I should have not interfere with that, I should have left and minded my own business but I didn't. Lanore somehow found out and she threatened me she'll do something to Shelly, but I didn't believe her. But the next day, Shelly didn't go to class again and Lanore sent me a text saying she did something to her so I rushed to this house but it's just Lanore and she said if I left she'll do something to me but I didn't believe it. But then, the break in at the house that night, Lanore left me a note saying I made my choice to leave and after we call the cops, Lanore somehow found out again and she threatened to do something lot worse to us. Now here we are.' I blurted out.

'But Vic is also her sister, she shot her own sister?' Ian shook his head.

'Well to Lanore, we're not exactly her family. She doesn't care.' I lower my head.

'Wow Ethan, I'm sorry. But now, what'll we do about Victoria?' Ian asked.

'I don't know let me call her cell.' I replied.

'Vic?!'

'Haha Ethan, you're so cute. This is not Vic and you know who it is.'

'Lanore why are you doing this? She's your sister and you fire a gun at her!'

'How dare you accuse me like that Ethan, she's my sister and I love her, not. Now you made your choice Ethan, you know what you did.'

'Bullshit Lanore. It is you who know exactly what you did. I just wanted to keep my family and friends safe, but on the other hand, you're a crazy bitch Lanore, you won't get away from shooting Vic.'

'I didn't say I am the one who shoot Vic Ethan, and besides who was supposed to be here right now but left before you came here, huh? Yeah and I just did.
Bye baby bro.'

'Lanore! Don't hang up on me!'

'Hey what is it?' Ian asked right after Lanore hung up on me.

'It wasn't Lanore who shot Vic Ian.' I mummered.

'Are you sure about this?' Ian said.

'Yeah I know Lanore. She said something, hinting me who did it and I think I kind of believe her.' I lower my voice.

'Who is it then? We have to figure this out.' Ian raised both of his hands in the air.

'Shelly.'
