*Nate POV*
^Stone Cold, Stone Cold. You see me standing, but I'm dying in the the floor^
Walking in to the party I come across the eyes that would bright up my day at my darkest moments. Y/N was everything I could have ever asked for but I fucked it all up. She never deserved to be cheated on. No matter how much I begged for her forgiveness I knew I would never get.
^Maybe if I don't cry, I won't feel anymore^
Night after night I cried myself to sleep. Without her there is no purpose to waking up in the morning. Seeing her happy with another man makes me die inside. Knowing about her past relationships I still cheated knowing there was a possibility that she wouldn't forgive me.

Her happiness made me happy but I didn't last long once she found another man. It's been a year and she is stuck in the back of my mind. Forgetting her is impossible no one understands the pain I feel when I see her with him. That should be me kissing,hugging, and whispering sweet nothings into her ears. But I ruined that by sleeping with groupie while on tour. I regret everything I did that night and it brings more pain remembering.

Her lips are forever engraved on my lips. Nothing will change the love I have for her. She still has me wrapped around her finger and she doesn't know it. They always said the world was an unfair place. I never took it seriously until I saw the love of my life with another man. My phone was the only thing to keep from looking at her. Accidentally looking up I saw them dancing and laughing while he whispered something in her ear. Y/N's smile made feel some type of way. No one said it was going to be hard forgetting her.

I wish I never put her through this heartbreak. But my heart breaks more every time I see her with him. Everyone loves him and says how he is the one for Y/N. All the boys agree even though they deny it when I ask them. They know it's true and even I know it is true. Four years in the drain because of me cheating. Someone as beautiful, selfless, intelligent, wise, generous as Y/N should have never gone through the misery o put her in. He makes her happier than I could have ever made her. She is worth of all the love he gives her. Now is the time to say goodbye to her and mend my own broken heart. I'm tormented by the greatest memories I've shared with Y/N
My heartbreak will heal soon. My goal is to see you without feeling any pain. Smile for your happiness with a man that really deserves all of you. It will take some time but I know ^me and my heart we'll make it through. If happy is him, I'm happy for you.^
