He parked the car, and we both got out. He walked up beside and started checking his phone. I kept thinking of my very stupid plan. we walked up to a very chill cafe kind of thing, and sat down. The menu was already on the table so we started looking.

"What do you want?" He asked looking up at me. He placed his phone on the table.
"I want the brunch plate thingy. Ugh with extra baked beans and bacon!" I said and grabbed my phone from my pocket.

He gave a very weird smile, it wasn't really negative or anything. It was really just a smile, but there was defiantly a thought behind it.

"With orange juice?"

"Yes... How do you know?" I asked a bit surprised he would know I liked orange juice. Okay maybe I shouldn't be that surprised, I mean we have a 'second house' together.

"Do you remember back to when you burned your hand?"

"Yeah.. Another thing that was your fault" I said and leaned back in my seat.

"I won't argue on that to be honest, but I only saw orange juice in your fridge. Normal people would have apple juice or something as well, but all you had was orange."

I started at him. What was wrong with this guy. Why did he remember shit like that. It was actually kind of sweet that he noticed.

"Hello welcome, what can I get for you guys?" A guy said standing beside our table.

"Hey, two brunch plates. One with extra baked beans and bacon, and the other with extra bacon." Rajveer said

"And what would you guys like to drink?"

"A glass of fresh orange juice, and the cold coffee!" Rajveer said offering a smile, which was returned.

"I'll be right back!" He said and left.

I started thinking of the ways to do the plan, which I knew would backfire. But for some odd and stupid reason I think I wanted it to fail.
Maybe I was just making up and excuse, for wanting to be close to him. I didn't really know. It was a bad idea knowing the stupid dream I had had.

The food arrived and we started eating it.

After a good one and a half hour we decided it was time to go.

"So what would you rate this date?" He said taking a sip of his coffee. I almost chocked on the last sip of juice. Mainly on purpose, this was not a date.

"This isn't a date!" I said whipping my mouth with the back of my hand.
He looked confused for a second before, scratching his elbow.

"Okay? Then then we'll have to spilt the bill" he said, he had this dumb smirk plastered on his dumb face.

I had my wallet so it wasn't really an issue, so I got up to pay but suddenly got pushed back in my seat. No roughly or anything but it still took me by surprise.

"Of course you aren't paying idiot, sit still!" He said and went up to pay. He came back looking annoyed.

"Just because you paid doesn't make it date, at least not from my side!" I said and kept walking. He stopped up and looked at me.
