"YOU DID WHAT?" Sanju yelled. She was cleaning the kitchen counter after cutting up the salad.

Aya was in my arms and asleep, and her yelling was making he wake.

"SSSSSH! Seriously, you're waking her. And everyone is in the fucking garden!" I said in a loud whisper, she looked outside. The entire family from both sides were all outside enjoying them selves.

It was Tushar's birthday, and we were having a barbecue.

"Look, it was a mistake okay. I don't know what I was thinking." I said putting Aya down in her chair.

"Oh no! What if he told his parents?" Sanju said, I swung around with a frown on my face. If he had told them, they would definitely try to contact my parents. Not that my parents really would mind, I just knew that if the marriage talk was up it wouldn't lay down until I was married. And given my current situation, I wasn't really sure.

"I am screwed!" I said with the same thoughts repeating in my mind.

"Okay okay.. Wait! Do you want to marry him!" Sanju said trying to keep calm. I looked outside and my eyes landed on him. I did really like him, he could be annoying. But everything with him was just right, I never forgot the feeling I got just by laying in his arms. Forget that, when we kissed, everything stopped he was the only thing that mattered in that moment. Was I really falling for him?

I looked back at Sanju, who was leaning in over the counter. She was defiantly expecting an answer at this moment.

I let out sight. "I don't know!" I said sitting on a bar chair, while putting my face in my arms that were resting on the island counter.

"Meaning you want to!" She said clapping her hands. My face flew up at her words, an confused expression appeared on my face, and she knew she had to come with some sort of explanation.

"Look I know you, you usually know what you want. Here you are second guessing. Meaning that you want to, but is just having a really hard time admitting it!" I looked at her, I surprise. She needed to shut up!

"Okay first of all, you're not a psychologist. Quit analysing me. And second you don't know me that well!" I said sliding off the chair not wanting to discus this topic any more.

"The truth is always bitter!" She yelled after me, grabbing the salad bowl and walking out side. "Shit my baby" she said and somehow put the salad bowl under her arm and grabbing Aya's chair.

"You know, I can help you?" I said grabbing the salad bowl. She gave me a glare and we walked outside.

It hadn't been longer than 3 minutes before Rajveer grabbed Tushar and they both ran into the house. They returned with.. Oh my gosh, kill me!! Rajveer's parents. It wasn't that I didn't like them, in fact I really liked them. But what if they knew Rajveer was still considering me?

As soon as Sanju and I spotted them we turned to each other, and as the idiot Sanju was, she burst out laughing. I wanted to slap her.

I just hoped he hadn't mentioned me. He had been smiling and stealing glares of me all day. He had really taken what I said serious, and the chances of him having told his parents was just very big. I wanted to slap myself. How could I even let that slip out my mouth.

"Avni!" I heard someone yell and kicked me out my thoughts. Ohh how I wanted to just crawl in a hole right now. I looked around to see who it had come from.

I looked to my right where Sanju was waving her hand as if she was trying to get my attention.

"Yeah?" I said getting closer to her.

"You mind getting Aya, I know your future in-lows would love to hold her!" She said with her stupid voice!

"Shut up!" I said giving her a glare, and picking up Aya. As soon as I turned around a big pile of sexiness was just in front of me.

"Can I borrow her, my mum would really like to say hello to her!" Rajveer said reaching out for Aya.

"Your mum can easily get her herself!" His mother said appearing from behind. A wide smile was spread on her face.

"Hello Sanju Beta!" She said giving Sanju a hug. She turned to me with an even bigger smile. She placed her hands on my shoulders gave them a light squeeze.

"Avni! We haven't heard from you since last time we meet." She said, and dropped her hands her sides.

"I am sorry, but it is so nice to see you, and uncle ji!" I said returning a huge smile.

"It's good to see you too, now where is that pile of cuteness!" She said looking at Aya, I handed Aya to her, and she immediately just closed out everything and instead just focused on Aya as she started walking back towards the others.

I felt a tug in my arm, and was immediately pulled into the house and into the laundry room. Not that I was surprised, I was just nervous. I didn't want to be alone with him.

"How do you like my mum?" He said, grabbing my waist, and pulling me closer. He put his forehead against mine, and I felt his breath on my lips.

I wanted to pull back so badly, but my body just wouldn't move. Instead I placed my hands on hairs upper arms and answered his question

"She is really nice, I really like her!" I said, which wasn't really a lie. I did like her, I had meet her since Sanju's wedding a few times at functions and all, and she would always come up and talk to me.

"Great! Hey!" He said I pulled a little apart and looked at him to continue.
"Let me take you out!" He said and pulled me even closer.

"Okay!" I said closing my eyes. Why did I just say yes, and why was I still in his arms. And why did all this just feel right. Urgh my head was just minutes away from exploding.

But then he kissed my forehead and pulled me into a hug, and every thought and doubt just vanished. I forgot about everything. Even that we were in a laundry room, at a birthday party, everything that had happened. It all just vanished. I wanted to stay like this forever. I felt my stomach tickle in a nice way. But I didn't question it, instead I snuggled into his chest, and closed my eyes taking it in.

The fact that he could make me feel this way, would have to mean that I had fallen for him...
