"YOU HAVE TO COME ASAP NOW!" I heard Sanju on the other line. It had been a lazy day, and it felt as if I had just got out of bed! "What? What's wrong why are so.." "Avni just get here!" She cut me off. "Okay fine, I'll be there"

I hung up and looked at Rajveer who was curiously looking at me. "She has an emergency!" I said starting to pick up the pillows. "Yes she has!" He said with a following laugh. I turned to face him, that just didn't sound right! "What do you mean by that?" I asked, knowing something fishy was up.
"Well, we made a deal. Tushar and I, he would sneak into her room because the guy was literally a mess, he just had to see her, and I'd have to spend the night here!" He said trailing off with a confident smile.
My blod was boiling. What the hell was the matter with them? If he "had" to spend the night here, that means that his intention wasn't to make me happy. That hurt, I felt like I had swallowed a cactus, or eaten a chilli or fallen down from the stairs. Whatever, I was hurt!
And that wasn't the only problem!

If someone found out that Tushar was in Sanju's room, they would be in so much trouble. And knowing Uncle, Aunty they definitely weren't going to be pleased, even if they were to get married, they had still broken a tradition. "Are you out of you mind?" I asked in calming tone, mostly to calm myself. Just so that I wouldn't throw something at him in anger. He looked confused, so I continued "You helped Tushar into Sanju's room! You know if they get caught they can post the wedding. Knowing Sanju's parents they are going to be really mad, and angry with them both. You helped them break a very old tradition!" I said taking myself to my head. He looked confused then guilty. "We have to..." "NO! I am going to help them, you go home! AND don't you dare to ever show up outside again, I am done with you!"

I somehow felt used, it seemed like somewhat of a bet. And that just hurt me, it surprised me that he was willing to go to such length just to spend the night. I felt grossed out knowing I had been in his arms during the night and the morning.
"You can't seriously don't want to see me because of that!" He said standing up. I looked over at him and I felt the tears pushing, I was this close to giving him a chance. "What you said last night, about making me happy. Was that just so that you could spend the night?" He frowned when he heard it, and quickly grabbed me by my waist "Avni! no!" I pushed him off and threw his shirt at him and pointed towards the door. "Are you serious?" He asked literally taken back by what I had just said and done. "I can't believe you! First you act as if you hate me, then you give in and even make me think it could work! Then you pull back and you just completely shut me out! And then you.." I couldn't hear this right now, I had to go save Sanju now! Seriously screw him! I stared taking on some cloths so that I could get over to Sanju! "You can't just walk away from me when I am talking to you!" Rajveer said appearing in the doorway! "Just leave me! I don't want you or need you to make me happy! Just get the hell away from me, and stay away!" I said pushing him towards the main door, he took a good look at me before huffing under his breath. "You are making a big mistake Avni! Pushing me away won't do you any good! I am right for you and you for me!" He said I could see that he was hurt! This time I didn't let it effect me! He is not getting another chance! "JUST GET OUT!!" The tears was streaming down. I screamed at him, he bit his lips as if he was holding something in. He turned and walked away. I can not even describe what I felt when I saw him walk away from me once and for all! It felt as a car crash, a mirror breaking into millions and millions of pieces, impossible to put together.
My phone gave a sound, it was a text from Sanju!
"Avni please hurry up!"
I pulled myself together and ran to grab my keys and then my car.

I pulled up in front of Sanju's house and ran inside. "Namaste Aunty!" I said as I greeted her mother. "Avni beta, come on in! You know we should give you a house key!" She laughed, I laughed along tried not to sound different. "Who's home?" I asked taking a seat and throwing my feet up! She threw hers up as well! "Only Sanju and I!" She said and I thought I couldn't be luckier. "Did you eat?" Aunty asked? I might have looked a little thrown back, as she looked at me as if I had done something wrong! "No and I am actually starving!" I said leaning back and grabbing my phone to text Sanju to get ready to push Tushar out of there as fast as she could!
"What do you want? I'll make it" I looked as if I was considering it. But I already knew. "Surprise me!" I said and gave her a quick smile before she headed into the kitchen. I texted Sanju it was go time, and I saw Tushar and Sanju literally running down the stairs to reach the front door. "What are you doing out there?" Aunty asked from the kitchen and both Sanju and Tushar ran to the living room.
"Nothing I was just going upstairs to wake Sanju!" I yelled. "Yes do that! The girl haven't come out of her room the entire morning" she said!

I pointed at the door and Sanju tripped over her feet and fell taking Tushar with her. They both started laughing, but as I huffed at them they sat there trying not to laugh. She managed to get him out, but before he left he gave her huge hug, and kiss on the forehead. Looking at them just made me think about Rajveer and the day I burned my hand, I grabbed the hand I had burned, I looked down at the mehndi and found Rajveer's name and just at the end of his name he had placed a kiss as it was where I burned it.

Sanju shoke me out of my thoughts and we both ran to the kitchen helping Aunty out with the rest. We spend the entire day until her father came back home.
