I woke up with a bad headache. I sat on my bed and I knew had to push in a bit of caffeine in my body. I walked down to the kitchen and started brewing coffee.

The smell of freshly brewed coffee helped me a bit. I sat on the chair with my cup of coffee and just had a look at my phone. I still dreaded to look at it.

Yesterday night

I was in a good mood as Lily had come over in the evening and we made baked some cookies to munch and relaxed on my bed watching a few episodes of FRIENDS as it was our routine. She was next to me on my bed laughing at some of Chandler's joke and laughing her ass out and I was busy looking at Joey as he couldn't understand the joke in the episode.

Me: "Aww! Poor Joey!"

Lily: "Oh yeah! Poor guy! But still look at that cute face that he makes when he just doesn't understand anything."

Me: "I know right! He is sooo adorable!"

And she nodded still smiling looking at the tv screen.

We were busy watching and binge eating, when suddenly I got a few message notifications on my phone.

It was killing our buzz and Lily ordered me to keep my phone on silent mode as our current episode was getting hilarious and we wanted to enjoy that without getting distracted.

And I did what she said.

Soon we were laughing our asses out and were completely engrossed in the show. We almost completed watching three seasons back to back, and realized it was getting late.

Lily:" I'm late. My mom's going to kill me! I bet I'm grounded for next week! "

Me:"Just go! But don't forget to drive safe!""

She just ran out of my house and I waved her from the staircase. Poor Lily I thought.

I just decided to relax on my bed. I didn't want to do anything. This evening was perfect, company of a bestfriend, cookies and FRIENDS! What does anyone else need!

I was just busy looking at the starts which were twinkling bright amidst the clouds. The whole view was peaceful. The sky was getting darker and the starts were shining bright.

I was trying to get a nice glimpse of the night sky as I sat up on my bed. I removed my blanket and went near the window. In this process, I dropped my phone on the floor unintentionally.

Me:"Oops! I hope its not bad!"

I picked up the phone and checked if there was some damage. But luckily I found none.

Again I went on to my bed and I remembered to check the notifications. There were a few messages from Smith and Mike.

So I decided to check the messages sent by Smith.
