After a rough night of patrol, Ladybug landed back on her balcony and detransformed back into Marinette. Flying around at night was starting to tired her out quicker and quicker, but getting home was the best part.

"Ugh, Tikki... I need sleep before I do any Ladybugging tomorrow. I suggest a prescription of 8-hour sleep. Sound good to you?" But, it seemed Tikki was already asleep on Marinette's shoulder. She laid the little red kwami down on the pillow next to her. She was just about to sleep...

BAM! CRASH! Marinette sat up in a panic to see a little black... Cat? She wasn't sure, but it seemed a floating cat was chasing around her room.

"Gotta find it, gotta find it before Adrien gets pissed!" Marinette gasped and headed down her ladder to grab him, when he tossed aside her mannequin to reveal a tiny hole she'd never seen. And it didn't lead the the next floor, it seemed to lead underground! The little black cat thing leapt into the hole and Marinette followed after, surprisingly falling through without touching any sides. As she fell, she screamed and objects flew by her. An electronic drawing pad, a phone, a video game controller, and... Adrien's blue scarf? That was only a few, but each whizzed by her, as if heading to her room.

The fall began to take longer than expected, so Marientte tried to grab some objects. But, each one was too far to reach, and she finally landed. The little black cat whispered again, "Adrien's gonna kill me!"

"Kitty! Come back! Wait!" She rushed after it, but then came to a room and found it... Odd. It was filled with doors, all different sizes and shapes and colors. Seeing as the cat ran in here and disappeared, she started to investigate.

The first door did nothing, it wasn't even real. The second was locked, and the sounds coming from it seemed... Animalistic. So, she walked to a curtain. She flipped it open to see... No door. She looked up, and nothing. She looked down, and a tiny door, the size of her pinkie, was there. And it was locked.

"Well, if this is anything, that MUST be the door." She looked around to see if there was a key, and she found a table holding a little golden key and a glass bottle reading "Drink Me" in beautiful cursive. The liquid was red with black polka dots, which was strange, but so was this place. She opened the bottle and sniffed.

The smell of the liquid smelled like her parent's bakery on a Saturday, when people weren't crowding but also weren't ignoring the place, of her favorite perfume that her mother always wore, and of Chat's cologne, which was similar to Adrien's. She shrugged.

"Well, what could go wrong?" She took a quick sip and placed the lid back on, grabbing the key before she could- ooooooooOOOOOHHHH! Before she could grab the key, she shrunk to the size of a ladybug and sat in shock. She looked around and saw no longer the doors, but the beginnings of a garden. She entered to see a group of flowers singing. One of them, a daisy, looked eerily similar to a perky girl in Marientte's classes. Then, a droopy purple flower had a face like the gothic best friend of Rose. They talked to each other, not minding Marinette, and so she kept going.

She headed next to a caterpillar on some mushrooms, the caterpillar looking a lot like...

"N-Nathaniel?" The caterpillar looked to her, blushed, and looked away.

"To find the white queen, you must follow th-the Mad C-c-Catter!" He stuttered out. Marinette gave a curious look and headed to the forest, where she soon found a curious fox-like creature lying in a tree. The fox looked to be Lila, smiling and observing lazily.

"Uh... L-Lila? Or, whatever your name is, could you-"

"My name IS Lila, but you should've asked first."

"S-sorry... But, could you help find someone? Nathaniel said he was the Mad... Uh, Hatter? Caterer?"

"Mad Catter?" Lila replied. Marinette nodded sheepishly. "Well, the crazy cat lives just down that road." But Lila didn't point anywhere.
