"He wouldn't even look my way. And I thought, because he seemed to be a fan of Ladybug and you..." Her voice cracked as she spoke, giving more clues about her attitude. Chat wasn't about to see his friend get upset, and he did one thing he thought he would save for Ladybug one day.
He grabbed her arm and pulled her close. He held her head to look him in the eyes, hers filled with tears and confusion.
"Chat, what are you-" He pulled her head close to his and kissed her lips lightly.
The problem was, they felt the spark. Actually, was it a little spark? No way. It wasn't a spark. It was a fire. But not one of lust. It was more of...
Love.
When they pulled back, they both were panting a bit.
"Ch-Chat... I didn't..." Marinette's voice was shaky and she didn't dare look Chat in the eyes.
"Oh... I-I didn't... I'm so sorry..." He backed away and ran out the balcony, as Marinette ran after him. As he hopped away from rooftop to rooftop, she faintly touched her lips.
"... I didn't mind it." She whispered. Then, she smiled and went back in, possibly (completely) giddy. She giggled and twirled around in her room, seemingly love struck. Tikki flew to get to Marinette's face.
"You're very happy. But what about Adrien?" Marinette stopped and her happiness seemed to fall. She sat at her desk and sighed.
"I'm gonna be honest: I don't think Adrien likes me like that. He's probably never seen me as more than a friend, Tikki." She looked at a poster she had up of Adrien, slightly sad. "But, I think the worst thing is... I'm okay with it." Tikki looked to Marinette with confusion.
"Why's that bad?"
Marinette shrugged. "I don't know. I just... feel it."

The next day at school, as Marinette entered the class, Adrien casually walked in. Alya nudged Marinette's arm, but the blue haired girl didn't look up to see him, instead just continuing her design. Adrien, however, looked up at her and smiled, seemingly happy about something...
The rest of the day seemed normal, only the roles of Marinette and Adrien apparently... Switched?
