Asriel X Chara (An Undertale FF)

Reunited

"Do I know you?" Frisk asks Ethan.

His face drops. "I guess it has been a while since we've seen each other. I get why you wouldn't remember me."

Frisk studies Ethan's face closely. "Ethan!" She gets up and hugs him.

"Yes, yes you remember me. God Frisk, I thought you were dead. I'm sorry I sent you up the mountain. I'm sorry you were alone." Ethan says.

It's weird to see him expressing emotion. He is usually so serious.

"I'm sorry I forgot you. It's been so long. I wasn't completely alone." Frisk says and looks at me.

Ethan then picks me up and spins me around. He sets me down. "Thank you."

"Ok three things. First, don't ever pick me up like that again. Second, thank you for what? And third, you two know each other?" I ask.

"Thank you for not leaving my little sister to be alone."

"You're related?" Asriel asks looking at them both.

Frisk nods.

"When we were younger the army was taking every kid to become a soldier. Frisk and I split off from the group when we were walking to the base. We got half way up the mountain when they found us. They got to me but I told Frisk to keep running. I told her I would find her at the top whenever that might be. When it got dark I snuck out and climbed the mountain, but she wasn't there. I figured she ran into the woods or something. I looked all night but the army found me. I thought she was dead since she didn't have anything to survive and she never came back to the base." Ethan explains.

"I tripped over a vine and survived the fall. I knocked Chara out and scared Asriel half to death." Frisk says.

"It's not everyday you see humans falling from the sky." Asriel says.

Asriel's phone rings and he walks out of the room to answer it.

"I'll leave you two be. You seem like you have a lot to talk about." I say and follow Asriel.

He puts his phone on speaker so I can hear who's talking to him.

"It's all clear here. It's pretty safe. Do you wanna send people out?" Undyne asks.

Asriel looks at me.

"It's not my decision...but I want to get to the surface if you're asking." I say.

"Alright. Let Dr. Gaster and Alphys know, they'll probably tell everyone through the loud speakers." Asriel answers.

"You got it boss." Undyne says and hangs up.

"This is insane." Asriel says.

"I know. I can't believe Ethan and Frisk are brother and sister."

"And that he broke the barrier."

A couple of minutes go by and the loud speaker start turning on.

Undyne lets everyone know what's happening then turns the speakers off.

It's starts getting late and Ethan crashes on the couch and we all go to bed.

In the middle of the night I wake up and see Asriel sitting in his spinning chair looking at the ceiling.

"Why are you awake?" I ask.

"I don't know how to feel about leaving, my home."

"Aren't you happy about getting to the surface soon? We don't have to be trapped down here anymore. We can start a new life."

"I know. I'm just gonna miss this place. My whole life was spent down here. This is where we met, became a couple, everything."

"It's gonna be really hard to leave but we can make new memories on the surface."

"I guess..."

"Cheer up." I sit on the edge of he bed. "Think of the positives."

He slightly smiles and nods.
