Stiles when you confront him about killing Donovan

Theo had told you the story. About how Donovan showed up when Stiles was fixing his Jeep at the school late one night. How he chased him to the library, and about how he killed him.

You were finishing your shift at the vet and walked out the back door in the pouring rain when he appeared before you.

"Hey Y/N" His voice was low as the rain came down harder.

You stepped back a foot and wondered how such a brave and empathetic person could've killed someone so brutally.

"Y/N, what's wrong?" But you didn't say anything, you didn't have to. Stiles knew now that you had found out about Donovan.

"Who told you?"

You dug in your book bag and tossed the wrench Stiles had used to saluter Donovan at his feet.

"It doesn't matter. You killed him" You started to walk to your car when Stiles stopped and ran in front of you.

"Y/N please let me explain! I didn't have a choice!" He placed on hand on your shoulder and the other contained the bloody wrench.

"There's always a choice Stiles! It's clear to see what yours was" You pushed his hand away. "No there's not! Because I'm not Scott McCall or a true alpha! Some of us need to get our hands a little dirty sometimes! Some of us are human!"

You didn't know this Stiles. You didn't know him as the killer and deep down you wanted to believe him.

"You don't even believe me do you?"

You didn't know what to say. You only stared at him in shock and fear in the pouring rain.

"I..I-"

"Just say you believe me"

"I want to Stiles. I want to with all my heart! But I can't, I'm sorry" And with one final glance you drove away from the boy you thought you knew.
