"Alright boys." Scolari called as the boys finished their laps. "Today we'll be playing a practice game."

"You'll be given one of two colour shirts. Both teams are made up of players who will balance each other out and who will help you make yourselves better players." Coach Andrews said. "We know you guys have skill. But some of you have skills that need work. Whether it be footwork or something else. Nobody is a perfect player."

"But that's okay." Scolari jumped in. "The medic team has created this so that we can help you all refine your skills for the upcoming game."

He told us to hand out the colours. Jonathan and Juan helped with that while Ashley and I prepped the players.

We explained that we still needed to monitor them and that they needed to have a sensor attached to their chests.

Ashley did half of them and I did the other half. Once I'd put the sensor on a player, they'd run and get into position.

The last player I did was Neymar. He was grinning down at me, while I, with shaky hands, put the sensor on his chest.

"Nervous?" He whispered.

"No." I mumbled as I put it on.

"Why are your hands shaking?" He whispered. He had amusement clear in his voice.

"Shut up." I whispered and turned around. I quickly walked back to the sidelines and stood by Ashley.

"That took longer than it should have, no?" She grinned.

"Shut up." I frowned. "I'm mad at you right now."

"What did I do?" She pouted.

"You and your stupid rules got me all paranoid." I said in a hushed voice. "How could you not kiss David for four dates?"

"He didn't kiss me." She said back. "I was all willing."

"What? But you told me-"

"Wait. Did you not kiss him at all?" She widened her eyes.

I opened my mouth to answer but no words came out. I closed my eyes and looked down.

I heard Ashley groan. "Adriana! You are an idiot!"

I looked back up and glared at her. "Me?! You're the one that told me that guys find it desperate!"

"Yes but I also said that Neymar wasn't that way!" She shook her head. "Oh lord, so you were worrying about this rather than having a good time?"

I looked down and frowned. "Yeah?"

I heard a sigh and felt her arms being me in for a hug. "Adriana. I'm so sorry." She said. "I shouldn't have said anything. I understand if you hate me right now. Look, I'll gontell Neymar that it was all my fault and to give you another chance."

"I forgive you." I smiled and pulled away from the hug. "And who said I hated you? I could never. And as for talking to Neymar...I think we're good." I grinned.

She smiled. "I'm glad to hear. So. Tell me what you're going to do now."

I walked over to the benches where Jonathan and Juan were. They were doing our usual job. Watching the players and attending  any problems the players have. I stood on the sidelines with Ashley and we watched the practise session.

"He's taking me out again." I whispered.

"Yes! That's great!" She smiled. "So where's he taking you?"

I shrugged. "He told me to wear something cute and-"

"And let me guess? You don't want to know where he's taking you because it'll make him happy?" She said smirking.
