Chapter 4

 Milo’s pov

 I ran through herds of kids leaving ny freinds stood talking propebly not even realising id run off. i was pushing through the gathering crowrds frantically searching for her, the girl I didn’t know but the girl I was destined to be with.

 She was my mate as soon as I saw her I knew, she was the girl from the dream, the one that needed me so badly.

 Scanning each class room as I passed I was staring to panic I couldn’t find her, my breathing got heavy I started to sweat and shake I needed to find her, now that I had found her I couldn’t lose her. I dropped to the floor slouching down the wall head in my hands trying to calm the wolf inside me wanting to find her as much as I did.

 “Milo, what’s going on” I looked up to see Dan knelt down beside me hand on my shoulder his face crumpled with worry

 “I’ve been chasing after you what’s wrong bro”

 Trying to speak I could do nothing but stammer “I I’ve found her Dan”

 “Found who” he dropped so he was sitting next to me

 “My mate, its the girl from my dream im sure off it and now she gone I can’t find her” I managed to choke out from my raspy breaths

 “Holy shit milo, you sure” he asked every word dripping in shock

 I nodded and quickly stood up realising everyone had gone into class and me and my brother were alone

 “Dan I don’t even know her name” I said sadly thinking of nothing other than finding her and making her mine “I don’t even know where she’s gone”

 “We'll find her come on were late and in a whole heap of shit, we’ve got maths” he cringed at the thought of our teacher. She was the worst in school and never let a late go un noticed, we were defiantly in a whole heap of shit as he put it

 Sighing I agreed and followed him down the dimly light corridor and stopped at the door, “you first” I mumbled look at Dan

 “geez milo man you got it bad I can’t believe you found your mate, that’s why you’ve been feeling so ill you wolf must have known” he whispered in case anyone heard. We weren’t the only wolves at the school but there were a few humans and they didn’t know anything of our world and the ones that were stuck together. most of my freinds were like us, even whitney.

 Nodding again it all clicked into place how ill id felt how I’d known just by her smell and her eyes. I didn’t even know her name and id only seen her for a second but she already meant the world to me I would give my life for her safety, for her protection I would do anything for her.

 Opening the door and looking down at the floor we walked into the silent room to a booming voice

 “Well if it isn’t the Bassett twins late on their first day” her voice wiping over us forcing an icy shiver down both our spines making us shudder at the same time
