Chapter 12

Abby pov

Sighing I watched my dad walk out of the room and click the door shut as my stomach growled letting me know I'd not eaten for days. I started making my way over to the my big comfy bed, I know I’d been out of it for four days but man I was still so tired. Everything that had happened sure had taken it out of me I thought as I dropped and sank into the bed.

“Baby” I heard Milo call as he stampeded up the stairs as flew my door open with a massive grin on his face. “Abby” he smiled as he ran and literally dived on top of me

“Hey baby” I cooed at him wrapping my arms around his waist as his head nestled between my shoulders and my neck making me shudder from the contact

“Sooo” he said as he kissed up my neck making me take a breath in as the familiar electricity filled the air

“Sooo” I said back smiling “anything you feel like telling me?” I chuckled as he stopped and looked at me

“Do you know?” he asked wide eyed

I chuckled to myself oh this was going to be fun, I had to tease him maybe it would ease the tension that was surrounding me and everything I’d just found out. I mean it’s not every day; you transform into a massive wolf find your dead dad alive and find your mate.

“Do I know what?” I asked innocently trying to hide my smile and look serious

“well what are you wanting me to tell you?” he asked confused his eyes growing wider as I tried harder to hold my amusement back, I would make him confess everything about him being my mate and how he felt if it killed me, it was his job not my dad’s and by god he would tell me

“You know in the woods when you asked me if I feel it too” I pressed hoping he would take the hint and just tell me.

His face reddened when he realised what I was talking about, he sighed and pushed himself off me so he was sat next to me. Taking my hand he sighed and looked into my eyes, I nearly melted when I saw his big brown ones staring back at me; they were so deep I could get lost just looking in them

“baby, erm that feeling, erm well” he stuttered trying to find the easiest way to tell me, he looked so scared and nervous like he was telling me something dreadful, that I would get angry, that I would run away my heart melted for him

“It’s normal” I chirped up trying to push him further into telling me so I could just kiss him, I hadn’t thought he’d be so serious when I decided to wind him and all I could think of was kissing those luscious lips again, it seemed like forever since they were on mine
