Hypocrite (Beau Brooks)

Hey love, happy birthday, I'm sorry this is a little short. I am extremely sick at the moment and am writing this on my phone as I don't have wifi, either way I hope you like it, if not let me know and I can rewrite it next month.

Prompt: Hi, I love your stories! Could you do one for my bday, 4th of September? (Ik there’s still one month, but whatever, lol) So I want a Janoskians one. Beau always helps the others with their problems, but he doesn’t have anyone to help him with his, bc he thinks he can deal with them on his own. But one day he gets a lot of hate on twitter, he just can’t take it, and he has a breakdown. Then, maybe Jai or Luke, find him, he calls the others and they all comfort him. Please? :)

Beau Brooks, was a lot of things, but what he wasn't was a bad brother, at least not in his mind. He thought that putting his little brothers, Daniel, and even James, despite him leaving the group, made him the best person he could be. However the twins and Daniel disagreed with him because his behavior was detrimental to his own health because no matter the what the consequence was, he would protect any of those boys.

The first time the twins realized this is when they were 14 and Beau was 16. They were at school and and some senior was picking on them, calling them names, threatening to beat them up, and other things like that. One day Beau walked into the twins room and saw Luke trying to calm a crying Jai down he had a bloody nose from being punched. Beau stormed out and came back an hour later with bloody knuckles, and refused to tell them why. The next day the bully came to them with a black eye and broken nose to apologize and they knew what Beau have done.

The first time Daniel had experienced Beau's over protectiveness was during one of their many tours. A man had been harassing him and trying to get in his pants. And Beau just refused to leave him by himself for weeks before beating up the guy himself resulting in him getting pulled off by security and getting in trouble with management.

Beau would do anything for those three boys even if it got him hurt or worse, bit at the same time he wouldn't let them do stuff for him in fear of them getting hurt which was very hypocritical because of how much he got hurt for them.

Beau wasn't good with emotions. He was the type of guy that held everything in and just ignored it until it disappeared, but today he was stressed, tired, and just upset in general. So when he saw that his name was trending on twitter he clicked on it thinking that it was the fans tweeting and that it would cheer him up, it wasnt.

The trend was full of hate and although their were some things about the others on it, most of it was directed toward him. After he saw the 5th tweet he felt eyes become heavy with tears and by the 10th he was flat out crying and he couldn't stop both reading them or crying which was okay until his brother walked in.

"Beau" Luke knocked on his brothers door, "Jai and I are gonna go to the store do you want anything"

"No, I'm okay" Beau tried to speak with no emotion but his voice cracked at the end causing Luke to open the door.

"What's wrong?" Luke asked, but cut him off before he can answer by yelling, "Jai, Beau's crying"

Jai appeared at the doorway in less than a second and walked in climbing on to the bed to sit with Beau, Luke followed his lead and sat on his other side.

"Was it the trend on twitter" Jai asked. "You shouldn't listen to those trolls" Beau looked at him his mouth open slightly and Luke looked confused, what trend?

"Jai" Beau said wiping his nose. "What did I say about looking at trends about us."

"Not to."

Luke raised his eyebrows, because Beau had told Jai not do do something and then turned around and did it. "Beau, if you told him not to look at the hash tags then why did you?"

"I don't want to talk about it" Beau mumbled looking down at his hands.

"Okay" Jai said, "Well do you want Luke and I to call Daniel over for a movie night"

Luke understood what Jai was doing and continued "Then afterwards we can talk about it, but only if you want to."

"Yeah," Beau sighed, "That would be nice."
