Kidney Stones (Jai Brooks)

Short one shot for today sorry I haven't had much time to write, been going back and forth from doctors appointments ...

Prompt: hi, can you please do a janoskians fanfic where Jai gets kidney stones but nobody takes him to the hospital to begin with because they're on tour so he gets loads worse and then luke wakes up in the middle of the night and Jai's crying in pain and beau and luke have to hold him while he cries and calm him down and Jai has to have surgery when they get him to the hospital? Brotherly fluff? thank you xx

The pain started in his stomach and it wasn't bad at first, but in the next few days the pain had spread and gotten worse. The boys were on tour and they noticed that something was wrong with Jai, however because Jai insisted that he was okay they didn't think that there was much to it.

Jai thought that the pain would get better but over the day is continuously got worse and worse. Making him more and more grumpy. After two weeks or so the pain was getting to be unbearable. The boys had an after party after there show and Jai decided to skip the party and stay in the tour bus wanting to try to sleep off the pain.

Luke woke up to whimpers from above him, he was very confused, but remembered that Jai was complaining about stomach pains earlier that day. Luke rubbed his eyes and stood up from his bunk opening the curtain quietly in case his little brother was asleep.

"Lukey" Jai whimpered turning to face him, "It hurts" Jai curled into himself, letting the tears he'd been holding at bay all day fall.

"Hey babe, don't do that you're gonna make it worse" Luke said trying to get his younger brother to uncurl, when he failed to do so he sighed. "Where does it hurt"

"Stomach, legs, crotch, idonknowt,everywhere" Jai slurred.

"I'm gonna get Beau" Luke stated getting up to go to the back room where his older brother was. Daniel and James were still out at the party.

"No don't leave me" Jai whined grabbing Luke's hand.

"Okay i won't" Luke rubbed the back of Jai's hand with his thumb. "BEAU, BEAU I NEED YOUR HELP"

"What's wrong Lu-" Beau stopped in his tracks seeing his youngest brother crying holding on tightly to his other brother. "What's wrong baby boy"

"It hurts, it hurts so much." Jai said crying harder that he was before.

"We have to take him to the hospital" Beau said quietly to Luke making sure that the whimpering boy couldn't here him, "He's in to much pain"

"I know," Luke paused, "Can you stay with him, I'll go get the car"

Luke pulled up in his car, parked it leaving the engine running, and ran back into the bus to get Jai and Beau. They stumbled back to the car, Jai hung between his two older brothers.

"Where are we going" Jai whispered, lifting is head out of his chest.

"Hospital" Luke looked back at his younger brother. He was still crying, his hair was stuck to his forehead and his head was buried in Beau's lap.

Jai nodded and he couldn't bring himself to complain, which said a lot about the amount of pain he was in considering how much he hated doctors.

When Jai was brought into one of the rooms, he felt his usual anxiousness that correlated with his doctor visits.

There was a knock at the door and a man with black hair opened the door. "Hello boy, I'm Dr. Johnson. So Jai what seems to be the problem"

Jai squeaked hiding his face in Beau's chest.

"He's been having pains all through his lower body." Luke explained, "He told me he it started in his stomach then spread. He can barely walk because of how much pain he's in."

"Okay," Dr. Johnson said writing in his papers, "I'm gonna order an ultra sound so we can see whats going on in there. I have some paper work for the oldest if you want to come with me sir."

Beau nodded and stood up moving Jai so he was leaning against the wall, nodding to Luke, "Watch Jai"

"You see those white specks" The boys nodded. "Those are kidney stones, now they are usually minuscule. They're supposed to come out when you urinate. Obviously since you can see them on the screen the stones cannot pass naturally. Now the only option is emergency surgery before he gets any worse"

"Okay," Beau stood up, "Thank you doctor."

"Lukey," Jai grabbed his twin brother's hand, "I'm scared"

"I know baby it's okay, you're gonna be okay"
