Jumped (Jai Brooks)

Prompt: hi I love your one shots!! Can you do a Janoskians one where Luke and Jai have a fight and Jai runs away in the middle of the night and gets beaten up really bad and Beau finds him a few hours later unconscious? Brotherly fluff? thanks xx

Luke had a very short temper that everyone even janoskianators were wary of. The things that set him off were never big, he handled them well, it was little things that got to him, like constant nagging or clothes sharing, and stuff like that. Luke rarely got mad at his twin brother, but since the boys started making so many videos a week, he was overly stressed because of how many videos he had to edit and film.

"Where is my fucking laptop" Luke yelled, he had been looking for it for the last 20 minutes so he could start editing the new daresundays video. He stormed up the stairs and into his and Jai's shared room. "Are you shitting me" Luke then yells seeing Jai in their room wearing his clothes.

Jai's whipped around with his eyes wide, coming face to face with his already pissed off brother, "Sorry for not asking to borrow your computer," Jai slapped the laptop closed as he watched watched he brother getting even madder.

Jai hated conflict, he tried his best not to piss the boys off, so when he saw how mad Luke was getting the only thing he could think of was getting out. Jai was out the door in seconds, making Luke groan as he went to his bunk to start editing.It was 2am when Luke finally finished editing the video.

"Beau" he yelled walking down the stairs, calling out for the only person he wanted talk to that was home, James and Daniel were clubbing and he was obviously mad at Jai still. Not finding them downstairs Luke walked to the kitchen to get a piece of toast, and took out his phone "Shit," Luke mumbled, after he read a text message from Beau, grabbing his keys from the hook,

Luke practically ran to the car to meet with his brothers.When he finally got to the hospital, Luke ran into Beau, falling rather painfully to the ground. Beau helped him up but didn't talk to him, he was mad that Luke made Jai run away. So they just awkwardly sat in silence until the nurse told them they could see their youngest brother. Luke rushed to the unconscious boys side, and grabbed his hand, unaware had he had started crying. As soon as Beau saw a tear escape Luke's eyes all of his prior anger disappeared, and he walked over to hug his younger brother, realizing that even if it was Luke's fault that Jai ran away, it wasn't like Luke wanted his twin brother to be mobbed by fans then jumped by haters.

"This is my fault," Luke whispered putting his head to Jai's arm, "Is Jai gonna be okay?" he asked, crying even harder, his breathing pattern became more rapid after every word. Beau was surprised, Luke always showed emotion, but it wasn't like him to cry this hard. I reminded Beau of when they were kids, and Beau had to calm Luke down from a panic attack after their dad left. He quickly grabbed his chair and dragged it next to Luke, then he put Luke in his lap and whispered sweet nothings into his ear, hoping that his little brother would fall asleep before he fell into a panic attack.

When Jai woke up he was confused to say the least, but he recognized the white ceiling from the hospital and turned on his side, knowing that his brothers wouldn't be far. He saw both of them asleep, Luke was in Beau's lap so Jai knew that his twin was probably scared to the point of having a panic attack. He reached his left hand out, his right was encased in something heavy, and poked Luke's face.

"Sleepy head," Jai teased using the nickname Luke often used for him when he needs to wake Jai up.

"Jai" Luke shot up quickly making Beau groan and shift a little in his sleep. "How are you feeling," he lowered his voice to a whisper wanting to let their oldest brother sleep a little longer.

"My arm hurts" Jai mumbled, raising his right arm then frowning in confusion, his arm had a black cast going about two inches below his armpit, "What happened?"

"You got jumped by some guys, Jai they broke your arm in three places and gave you a concussion, Beau found you in an ally unconscious, it's my fault," Luke finished looking down at his feet.

"Look Luke," Jai said, grabbing onto Luke's right hand with his left "I don't remember what happened, but unless you were one of the guys who jumped me it isn't your fault."

"He's right you know," Beau added, causing the twins to shriek in surprise, thinking that Beau was dead asleep until then, "You can't control other people's actions, they can only make choices for themselves. This little boy was just in the wrong place at the wrong time." Beau ruffled Jai's hair and ignored the youngest boys protests.

For a while the trio sat in a comfortable silence until Jai asked timidly, "Can you two sign my cast?"
