A few hours later we arrived back at Talon HQ (headquarters) and I placed Angela down on my bed.
"Looks like someone's got a soft spot."
Widowmaker said standing in front of my bedroom doors. I swung my head over my left shoulder and slammed the doors. I heard Widow sigh from the other side and walk away. I turned my head back to Angela and sat right next to her. I placed a hand over her and scanned her to see if she was hurt at all. My power found nothing. I gave one more sigh of relief and laid down next to her.
I wrapped my arms around her as her angel wings took a hold of both us. I kissed the top of her forehead and whispered softly.
"My love......Angela....At last we found one another."
