Chapter 7:The date

(A/N:I also forgot to mention that everyone's appearance in this is after the two year timeskip!)

*two days later*

Sanji pov
Victoria-chan:You'll be fine Sanji!
Me: I'm so nervous! I feel like I'm gonna mess up 😞😞
Victoria-chan:Sanji, if you can charm any woman, then you can charm Nami! I believe in you!

I shut off my phone, and walked up to Nami-chan's front door. I swallowed some fear, and knocked on the door. From the inside, I could hear people running around, until finally the door opened, and revealed Nami-chan's older sister, Nojiko-chan.

"Oh, good its you, Sanji. Nami is just doing some final touch ups..come on in!"
I walked inside. "Thank you, Nojiko-chan."

After taking my shoes off, I walked on in, and seated myself down in the lounge. The tv was on, and it was blaring out some crap about the Marines trying to locate the Red hair mafia.

'Are we ever going to be safe from these mafias?'

Nojiko-chan came in, handing me a glass of fresh lemon juice. I thanked her, and she sat down.

"So? Where are you planning to take her?"
"The Baratie."
"What?! How can you afford that?!" She asked.
I smirked. "I have my ways...but I just want Nami to have a good time tonight."
She smiled softly. "She wouldn't stop talking about this date, you know. She's excited."
My heart beats even faster. "R-really-"

"Hey Sanji!"

I turn, and spot Nami-chan standing in the door way. She looked absolutely beautiful. She was clothed in a flowy black floral dress, and a pair of black thigh high boots. (A/N: And her hair style is what she had in film GOLD)

I wiped off the slack jaw, and stood up. I walked over to Nami-chan. "Wow..you look absolutely stunning!"
She chuckled. "Thanks. Now, lets go!"

Nami-chan dragged me out the door, and before I knew it, I was already parking the car outside the Baratie restaurant. Then, I felt my phone vibrate, I quickly checked it.

Victoria-chan: Good luck, Sanji.
Me:Thanks, Victoria-chan 😊

I turned my phone onto silent, and got us our table.

Victoria pov
Eyebrow boy:Thanks, Victoria-chan 😊

I chuckled as I clicked my phone off, and returned to playing Mario Kart with Marco, Ace & Luffy.

"So who was that, yoi?"
"Sanji. He's taking Nami out on a date."
Ace pouted angrily as Luffy pushed him off the Rainbow road. "Luffy why?!"
"You were in my way!"

Marco rolled his eyes. "And you're just sensing support texts, yoi? Why didn't you go with him & be like that stalker?!"
"Because unlike you, I'm not a creepy stalker that 'helps' Ace out with his dates with his hot girlfriend."
Ace sighed happily. "She is a beaut."
Luffy made a face. "Ewwwww! Don't talk about love! You can't eat that!"

I grinned as I came first place in Mario Kart. "Fuck you, bitches! And I was playing this while I was lying upside down!"
Ace groaned. "Whyyy!"
"Because all of you chose the more glamorous cars! You need to go with the ones that have speed!"
"I'll win this round! You hear me?!" Luffy yells.
"Bring it on, Straw hat."

Sanji pov

*timeskip after the date*

I walked Nami-chan up to her door. She turned to me, and smiled. "Thank you for tonight, Sanji-kun."
I smiled back. "Any time, Nami-chan."

And just before I could go in for a hug, Nami-chan jumped on me, and kissed me. I accepted her kiss, and held her close to me. She still had that sweet tangerine aroma & taste.

When I pulled away, I saw Victoria-chan standing in front of me. She was wearing what Nami-chan was wearing.

"I enjoyed that, Sanji."
"Y-you did?!" I asked.
Victoria nods. "Mmmhmmm...you always have been a great kisser."
"T-thanks Victoria."

"Victoria?!"

'Huh?'

Suddenly, my vision became clearer, and standing in front of me, was Nami-chan. She gave me a serious look, and had her arms crossed over on her chest.

"I'm not Victoria!"
"W-wait, Nami-chan-"

She slammed the door, and turned off the front door sensor light. I stood there for a moment, before sighing. I left her front door, and walked down to my car. I started up the car, and drove off.

'What happened? This has never happened before. Why did Victoria-chan appear in my mind just now?'

Many more unanswered questions appeared in my mind before me. I sighed as I slowed down to a stop, and found myself outside Victoria-chan's house. I looked, and saw her playing with her violin in her bedroom. Even from here, I could tell that she looked so focused on what she was playing. I couldn't help but smile.

'You're so close, yet so far from me. There's just something about you, Victoria-chan, that makes you so different to any girl I've ever met.'

Finally, I drove away from her house. Immediately after I turned down another street, I received a text from Victoria.

Victoria-chan:So? How did the date go?

And once I was at a red light, I quickly responded to her.

Me:It went according to plan. Thanks Victoria-chan for your encouragement.
Victoria-chan:Its okay! 😉 Glad I could help!
