Victoria pov

Ever since the news about my leave to Dressrosa at the end of the year arose in our friend group, we were all doing our best to spend as much time as we can together. Of course, I always made time for my family, including people like Marco, Ace, Itami, Kira, Chikage & my parents. If I'm gonna be gone for a couple of years, I wanna leave everyone I care about a good memory of me, no matter how big or small.

Then there was the fact that I had to take in that I was almost about to finish my actual school life, before I head off into the big wide world. That thought..was a lot to digest. A couple times I would zone out while I practice with my violin.

'I really am going to miss everyone. Hell, I might even miss the school & this town..or city..or whatever this settlement is.'

I smiled to myself as I looked out my window, which had a pretty sick view of the night sky, along with a spooky view down the street. My street was lit up by lamp posts. It was kinda cold outside, but it wasn't freezing.

"Well...if I wanna enjoy this street one last time..might as well lie down in it." I mutter to myself.

I checked, and could tell that Marco & Kira were asleep. I saw that the tine was midnight. I grabbed myself a warm hoodie and chucked on a pair of converse, which was followed by me tying my hair up in a pony tail. I grabbed my phone & earphones, then jumped out my window. I jumped our fence, then walked out to our cul de sac, with the Life is Strange soundtrack playing.

'Life surely is strange. But it'd be boring without me for some people.'

I found myself a nice spot on the sidewalk, and sat laid down on the grass. Above me, I saw the shining stars, and the moon. I reached my hand up, and pretended to snatch at all of the stars, then finally, the moon.

'I wonder how many people will think I look high?'

I raised my eyebrows when I saw a meteor shower, I retracted my hand back, and stared at the sky with fascination. I chuckled to myself.

"Maybe I do have powers...space powers."

I watched the meteor shower, before my phone notified me that I got a text, causing my music to stop playing. I lazily reached over, and opened my phone.

💖 Sanji: Do ya see the meteor shower?

Me:Mmhmm, I'm watching it out on my street right now.

💖 Sanji:Wanna come to the park and have a nice date? I'll pick you up.

Me:I'm so down that I'm already standing! 😁 I'll walk down to the end of my street.

And with that, I ran down my street to the end. I was already applying my strawberry lip gloss, and redoing my hair into a nice but messy bun. Minutes later, Sanji's car drove up to me. I swung the door open, and jumped into the car. I grin at him as I shut the door, and put my seatbelt on.

"You know how to lure me." I state as I kissed him. He smiled as I pulled away, "I just love you, thats all."

And so, we drove off into the night. Later, we arrived at the park, and we hiked up to the top of the hill. As soon as we got to the top, Sanji set everything up for us. He even had put a couple candles up for us.

"Sanji, this is beautiful." I said warmly. He sat down next to me, "I want it to be. Only you deserve the best of everything, Victoria. You're my Queen that I'll forever yield to." I blushed, "Well, that makes you my faithful King then."

Sanji winked at me, before giving me a paper plate. He brought out a slice of cake & a chicken sandwich, all of which he made himself, he also poured me a glass of fizzing apple juice.

"Cheers to us, and to you, Victoria..for being the most amazing girl on this Earth." He said as we clinked our cups together.

I took a sip of my drink, and smiled with satisfaction. We ate, drank & talked as we stayed up there. A couple times, I swore I thought the police were gonna catch us, when really, I was just being paranoid. When we were all finished with our food & drinks, we laid down on the picnic blanket together, holding hands.

"Its so beautiful out here. It feels like we're the only ones in this world, and that we own it." I said. "To be honest, I figured that you would've been outside at this hour. Its something you'd do." Sanji said as he dragged out a smoke. I shuffle to look at him, "You know me so well."

He looked over at me, and ran his thumb over my lips. All of his focus was only on me. Not the stars. Not the wind. Just me. It was a pleasant thought. He threw his smoke out of his mouth, then pulled us into a kiss, which quickly escalated into a needy, passionate make out session. We were all tied tongues, and hair tangled, but I truly loved it..loved him.

"S-Sanji..." I gasped out as he kissed & suckled gently on my neck. "Is it just me..or does your skin always feel soft, and taste sweet to me? Because either way, it'll always be the only thing I'll ever love the smell & taste of." He murmured as he kissed all over my face. I hummed needingly as his cool hands massaged my body underneath my clothing. Some people would find it uncomfortable, but if its Sanji's hands, then I'll always love that feeling.

"Victoria..." he whispered hotly in my ear, "I swear on my life, if any bastard hurts you, I will find a way to get to you, beat that bastard, and then I'll hold you close to me. You hear me?" I cupped his face, "Yes, loud & clear." I kissed his lips again, "I'll always call or text you."
