Chapter 28:The date at Baratie

Victoria pov
Marco drove to a stop outside Sanji's house. My eyes were wide as I stared at how big it was.

"Damn..." I mutter.
"Victoria.." Marco called, so I looked at him. "I want you to have fun on this date, yoi. But, I don't want you two to get ahead of yourselves."
I raised my eyebrows. "What do you mean?"
"Give me your hand, yoi."

I gave him a suspicious look as he sifted around through the pocket in the drivers door. He then placed a two small packages in my hand.

"For protection, yoi."

He let go of my hand, and I blushed a billion shades of red when I saw that in my hand, was four packets of Durex 'Pleasure me' condoms. I gave Marco a wild look.

"W-what?! M-Marco!"
Marco raised his arms. "I'm not kidding, yoi! I don't know what kind of nitty gritty kids these days get up to, but I'm being safe, yoi!"
I pouted angrily. "But still! Why did you give me the 'Pleasure me' one instead of extra safe?!"
"They were the only ones I had, yoi." He sighed. "Look, Vixen, I don't wanna give you 'the talk' yet, but you & I both know that you don't want to be a teenage Mother, yoi. And besides..you're reaching that age where you'll be free to make your own decisions, yoi. Anyway, I don't want to hold you up any longer, so go to your date."

My blush went down, and my face didn't feel hot anymore. I sighed, before giving Marco a chuckle as I put the condoms in my hand bag.

"Thanks, Mar-Mar." I hugged him. "I couldn't be more grateful."
He pet my head as he let go. "Have fun, yoi."

I got out of the car, and waved out to Marco as he drove away. I shook my head, and went over to Sanji's front gate. I spotted a intercom, so I pushed the button.

"H-hello? Sanji? Its me, Victoria. Can you please let me in?"

The gate started to slide open, my mouth was slightly agape when I stared up at the house. I jumped when I heard the intercom speak back.

"Come on in, Victoria-chan. The front door is open."
"Thanks, Sanji."

I strode straight over to the front door, and walked inside the Vinsmoke home. I stared at everything that was in the house.

'Its so big & expensive looking. Its hard to think that his family can afford this.'

"Sanji? Where are you?" I yelled out.

Then, stepping down the carpet stairs, was the man himself. I smile softly upon seeing him in a three piece suit. I was surprised to see that his eye was covered, so I got a full view of his face.

'His eyebrows aren't symmetrical with the rest of his face...its kinda cute.'

He blushed when he realized that his eye wasn't covered. He flicked his hair around, until his bang covered one of his eyes. He smiled at me, the blushed upon seeing my attire.

"Wow..Victoria, you look..beautiful."
I giggle, a blush forming on my face. "Thank you, Sanji. You yourself look dashing as well."
He then linked arms with me. "Well then, shall we go, mademoiselle?"
I kissed his cheek. "Of course, mon amour."

After locking everything up, Sanji & I left his place, and drove to the Baratie in Sanji's car. After parking up, Sanji opened the car door for me, and walked with me to the entrance, holding my hand. As soon as we walked in, everyone that worked there stood straight upon seeing Sanji arrive.

"Sanji, what are you doing here?" One guy asked.
"I'm here with my lady of course. I told all you boneheads that I'm bringing Victoria-chan here."

'H-he called me "His lady"....'

They then quickly went back to work upon Sanji's order. I chuckled, because for a strange reason, watching Sanji boss people around was kinda funny to me.
