Running for his life

I stared at the huge building I was now going to call home for the next couple of months. I memorized all the features to it, like the vines running across the walls and the gothic aura radiating off of each window pane.

I sighed in amazement seeing as this building having been built in 1896 has survived and stood well for over a hundred years. I took my first step entering the gates to the private school, sucking a whiff of the jasmine scented air. I glanced to and fro until I finally discovered the jasmines just a couple of feet ahead.

My head began to itch and I groaned, itching it, cautiously. I walked step by step along side many different students. Some gave me smiles and I smiled back, hoping they hadn’t seen through me. I sucked in a deep breath and waited to be called out but thankfully, I wasn’t.

I pulled a piece of with my dorm number written number and memorized it.

”Hermes Dorm, room 217,” I mumbled, following the signs pointing to the many different dorms. I dragged my hand carry knowing that my other luggage are already in my dorm room.

I passed by a lake and a garden before I finally had made it to my dorm; I took a breath and pulled open the dorm’s door and when I entered I was bombarded with many yelling.

“DUDE!” A blonde haired boy yelled at one with red hair, “What the hell was that about?”

“I was just jokin’,” the red head laughed, as the blonde hair boy grabbed on to his shirt.

“Damn, what’s that?” Another boy grinned, pointing at something in the kitchen. The people around him shrugged and continue with their ways. I frowned, hoping I would be ignored.

                Sadly enough, I wasn’t.

“Hey, Chuck,” A boy with spiky brown hair and green eyes yelled, blocking my path. I groaned, throwing my head back as another boy- one with black hair and blue eyes- stood next to the first. The boy with spiky hair smirked, pointing at me, “Check out this kid.”

I blinked. The two boys laughed when suddenly, I took in what he said.

“I’m not a kid,” I pointed out, sighing. The guys glanced at each other, and suddenly began guffawing in laughter. I stood still, noticing everyone watching us in amusement as I waited for them to calm down. When they finally were able to compose themselves, I asked, “Can I go now?”

The two boys blinked, their eyes widened in surprise. The brown headed one then broke out into a smirk and said, “Do you even know who we are?”

“No,” I raised an eyebrow, sighing as I tapped my foot against the ground- a bad habit I gained a while back.

“Kid,” The black haired boy said, “You really don’t want to mess with us, we practically own this school.” I nodded my head, and ran my finger in my hair, reply, “That must be enjoyable, now can I go. I’m tired.” The brown headed boy narrowed his eyes on me and said, just before the black haired boy was able to speak, “Let’s go, Zak. He isn’t worth our time.” The other boy nodded his head and bumped shoulders with me as they walked away.

I sighed, those boys seemed to be a handful. I walked through the halls, counting the numbers as I searched for my room. Finally, when I arrived to it, I pulled out a pair of keys I was sent by mail during the summer and unlocked the door.

The room was considerable awesome with its two room- one for me and the other for my roommate- and a small kitchen joined with the living  room. I grinned, finally letting all my built in emotion out and shut the door behind me as I plopped down on the nearest couch.

I noticed a few luggage nearby and noticed not all of them were mine, I frowned, realizing that the placed looked a bit used already. That meant my roommate had made it before me, I sighed, getting up and checking if he was anywhere near.

I checked the place until I was sure he wasn’t there, and then I went into a unoccupied room, dragging my luggage along with me. I threw my bags to the side, locking my door as I plopped down on my bed.

It wouldn’t be good if anyone entered my room, especially my roommate. I sighed, opening my luggage as I was exposed with clothing. I hanged all my clothes away in my wardrobe and lied back down on my bed. I stared up at the ceiling above me and began feeling drowsy.

I hadn’t had much sleep in my flight towards here and the kid that kept kicking my seat behind me kept annoying me. The bed felt comfortable and before you knew it, my eyes were closed and my wig was off.

And my long red hair was exposed.

Hey, so this is a new story. No, it's not "I'm Just Bored."

I was bored so I wrote a girl in an all boys school, why? Because, I've been reading a manga that had a guy look like a girl and I watched she's the man recently.

Give the story a chance, i know the first chapter isn't so cool but It will get better later. Promise.
