Love sprouts from the weirdest corners.
It works in it’s own ways, even when you have a whole plan planned out. Walk around a park, you may just find your love. Steal someone’s beloved couch, you may just find love. Know someone since you were two were tiny little munchkins, you may have found love. Rival someone and as odd as it is, YOU MAY FIND LOVE!
It’s crazy; the thought that love is controlled by no one. And that is what drives a person insane. The thought of not being able to control whom you love. The thought of when you will fall in love. The thought of when you will begin your journey through hardships just for that other. Sad part is, love puts you through difficulties.
There are a lot of difficulties and sometimes, as awful as it sounds, the other doesn’t love you back.
And that, itself, is heartbreaking. Unfortunately, heartbreak can lead to hundreds of paths. Suicide. Drugs. Drinking. Lying. Or forming a shell no one can break.
But not all the paths heartbreak takes you is awful. No, sometimes, it can lead to many great things. Accomplishment. Strength. Happiness. And maybe, just maybe, a new love.
And that brings us back to what matters most.
Love and how ridiculous it works.
But at the same time… we can’t live without it.
Love sprouts from the weirdest places and mine just so happens to be at a cornfield.
